Abstract

The objectives of the study were 1) to study customer satisfaction level, TOT Public Co., Ltd., Ekachai Branch, and 2) to propose ways to enhance satisfaction. The results of the research showed that the level of customer satisfaction was at the high level (x̅ = 3.98). The employees had the highest average (x̅ = 4.20), followed by physical environment (x̅ = 4.12) and price (x̅ = 4.02), respectively.
