บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สาขา แก่งคอย สระบุรี (TCSB) ดำเนินธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวกับแพคเกจจิ้ง ผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ กล่องใส่สิ่งของต่างๆ โดยในการจัดพิมพ์ใบแท็กสินค้าจะดำเนินการโดยพนักงานเป็นผู้คำนวณจำนวนใบแท็กสินค้าด้วยตนเอง ทำให้จัดพิมพ์ใบแท็คเกินกว่าความต้องการ และไม่ได้มีการทำลายทิ้ง ทำให้มีการติดแท็กสินค้าผิด เนื่องจากนำใบแท็กของสินค้าเก่ามาใช้ และเทมเพลตใบแท็คสินค้าจะใช้พนักงานจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าหรือผู้ร่วมธุรกิจเป็นคนแก้ไขผ่านโปรแกรมเอ็กเซล ซึ่งทำให้เกิดความผิดพลาดได้สูง ทางบริษัทจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะพัฒนาระบบสำหรับการบริหารจัดการแท็กสินค้าผ่านเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่กล่าวมา ระบบงานใหม่จะทำการคำนวณจำนวนใบแท็กสินค้าจากการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า ซึ่งทำให้การคำนวณมีความถูกต้อง และสามารถปรับแต่งเทมเพลตใบแท็กสินค้าได้ตามต้องการ โดยพัฒนาด้วย Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย Microsoft SQL Server จากการทดสอบการใช้งานโดยผู้ใช้ ระบบสามารถทำงานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ ช่วยให้การดำเนินงานมีความถูกต้องและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

The Siam Cement Public Company Limited Kaeng Khoi branch, Saraburi (TCSB) operates business related to packaging and manufacturing of the packaging box. According to the printing of product tags, those would be worked on by the staff. The calculation of the number of product tags manually and caused the extra tags to be printed and old tags were not destroyed. This current process resulted in the wrong tagging on products because the old product tags were used, and the product tag template was edited by the customer service staff with Microsoft Excel, which was caused a high amount of errors. Therefore, the SCG had the idea to develop a system for managing product tags via a web application to solve the above problems. The new system would calculate the number of product tags automatically from customer orders, which helped the calculations to be more accurate. Staff could also use a customized product tag template as needed. The system was developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and the management of the database by using Microsoft SQL Server. The system was tested by the users and the results showed the system can work as specified, and helps the operation to be faster and more accurate.
