บทคัดย่อ

บริษัทเอ็นอาร์ อินสแตนท์ โปรดิวซ์ จำกัน (มหาชน) ประกอบธุรกิจผลิตอาหารสำเร็จรูปและเครื่องดื่ม ตลอดระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน บริษัทฯได้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินธุรกิจจากเดิมที่เป็นเพียงผู้ผลิตจำหน่ายภายในประเทศ มาสู่การผลิตและจำหน่ายส่งออกทั้งในและนอกประเทศ โดยการผลิตส่งออกให้บริษัทฯ ต่างๆ ด้านอาหารมากกว่า 25 ประเทศ ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ในส่วนของการส่งออกต่างประเทศ ในด้านการจัดการทำเอกสารส่งออกอาหาร จากการปฏิบัติงาน ณ บริษัทเอ็นอาร์ อินสแตนท์ โปรดิวซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ทำให้ผู้จัดทำสนใจจัดทำโครงงานเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำเอกสารอาหารสำเร็จรูป เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการทำงานของการส่งออกอาหารสำเร็จรูป

จากการศึกษาขั้นตอนการส่งออกต่างประเทศ ทำให้ได้ทราบถึงขั้นตอนในการจัดทำเอกสารส่งออกของสินค้า ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานให้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

NR Instant Produce Co., Ltd. runs a company which manufactures and distributes instant food and beverage. Since the beginning they have been producing, their company has recently developed and change the way we operate from only manufacturing and distributing within the country, into manufacturing and distributing both within the country and internationally. NR has exported goods to various food companies for around 25 countries across the world. Since many students have been working and studying in a field of exporting as document controlling at NR Instant Produce Co., Ltd. for a while, it is in their interest to make a study project for document controlling in an instant food company to study further about the process of exporting instant food across the world.

From how the author studied the process of exporting goods worldwide. A lot of useful information about the process of controlling exporting documents was leant and the process of every other procedures that would be useful to improve the operating performance on the future.
