บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันอาคารสูงมีจำนวนมากขึ้น อาคารจะมีความปลอดภัยต้องมีการบำรุงรักษาระบบดับเพลิงและป้องกันอัคคีภัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น อาคารควรมีการคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยในด้านอุบัติเหตุที่อาจเกิดจากอุปกรณ์และระบบที่ไม่ได้รับการดูแลรักษาเท่าที่ควร ซึ่งทำให้เกิดความเสียหายทั้งทรัพย์สินและคร่าชีวิตผู้คน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการป้องกันผู้จัดทำจึงมีการตรวจสอบระบบดับเพลิงและป้องกันอัคคีภัย ตามมาตรฐานการป้องกันอัคคีภัย วิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย (วสท.)และมาตรฐานการป้องกันฟ้าผ่า BS EN / IEC 62305
ซึ่งผลการตรวจสอบในระยะ 1 ปี พบว่า 1.ระบบดับเพลิงและป้องกันอัคคีภัย ถังน้ำมันเครื่องสูบน้ำดับเพลิง มีน้ำมันต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด คือ 840 ลิตร 2.ระบบป้องกันฟ้าผ่า จุดต่อประสานศักย์เกิดสนิมขึ้นเล็กน้อย และได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขจุดบกพร่องให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน

Abstract
There is an increasing number of tall buildings and maintenance of fire suppression and fire prevention systems within the building is essential to make them more efficient and up to standard. Buildings should consider safety in terms of accidents. Ones that may occur due to equipment and systems not being properly maintained, leading to significant property damage and loss of life. To serve as a prevention guideline, the author conducted an inspection of the fire suppression and fire prevention systems based on the standards for fire prevention set by the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT) and the lightning protection standards BS EN / IEC 62305.The results of inspections conducted over one year found the following: 1)The fire suppression and fire prevention system, specifically the fire pump’s water tank, had oil levels below the specified standard of 840 liters; 2) The lightning protection system had minor corrosion and rust at the grounding point, and corrective actions were taken to bring it up to standard compliance.
