บทคัดย่อ

             ฝ่ายงานนิตกรรมของธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์มีหน้าที่ในการจัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขอสินเชื่อบ้าน ที่ต้องนำไปใช้ลูกค้าลงชื่อ ที่กรมที่ดินในวันที่ทำสัญญา ซึ่งเอกสารบางฉบับนั้นจำเป็นต้องมีชื่อของพนักงานนิติกรรม ที่เดินทางไปพบลูกค้าที่กรมที่ดินและเนื่องด้วยจำนวนของลูกค้าที่มีจำนวนมาก การแบ่งหน้าทีให้แก่พนักงานนั้นจึงทำได้ค่อนข้างลำบากอีกทั้งยังมีปัญหาในเรื่องที่พนักงานนั้นลาหยุด ในวันที่มอบหมายงานไปแล้ว หัวหน้างานจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนตัวพนักงานที่ต้องไปพบลูกค้าด้วยตัวเอง ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดปัญหา หรือเกิดการตกหล่นได้ทางผู้จัดทำจึงได้คิดหาวิธีที่จะนำเทคโนโลยี มาช่วยในการจัดสรรงานเพื่อที่จะลดข้อผิดพลาดที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากการทำงานของมนุษย์

Abstract

         Juristict Department of Government Housing Bank handles preparation of documents related to home loan recovery that must be signed by customers at the Land Department on the day of the contract. Some documents require the name of the juristic person employee who is traveling to meet customers at the Land Department. Due to the large number of customers, the distribution of work to the employees is quite difficult, including the problems when the employees leave on the date of assignment. The supervisor needs to change the employee who has to meet the client by himself, therefore, may cause problems or errors to occur. The organizers introduces technology to help solve the problem of distributing work in order to reduce errors that may arise from human work.
