บทคัดย่อ

คณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่บริษัท เอสเอซี เมเนจเมนท์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจประเภทให้บริการด้านการบัญชี  วางแผนภาษี  ให้บริการด้านกฎหมาย  คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของเอกสารทางบัญชี และบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส  ช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงานใช้เวลาค่อนข้างมาก  เนื่องจากไม่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี และขาดทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส

ดังนั้น คณะผู้จัดทำจึงจัดโครงงานเรื่อง “การตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชีและการบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมเอ็กซ์เพรส” เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน โดยศึกษาลักษณะของเอกสารทางบัญชี  ขั้นตอนการบันทึกบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีเอ็กซ์เพรส  ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากศึกษาคือ  คณะผู้จัดทำมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี  มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี ทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น  มีความมั่นในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และคาดว่าโครงงานนี้จะมีประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

This cooperative education program was conducted at SAC Management Co., Ltd., which provides accounting, business consulting services and legal services. The team was assigned to verify the accuracy of the accounting documents and recording with Express Accounting Software.  Early performance takes quite a lot because there is no understanding of accounting documents and lack of skill in using the Express Accounting Software.

Therefore, the team created the project  “Verifying accounting documents and recording with Express Accounting Software” to increase work efficiency through studying the types of accounting documents,  verify the accuracy of the accounting documents,  and the process of recording accounts with Express Accounting Software. The results; the team has knowledge and understanding about the accuracy of the accounting documents, skills in using accounting software and expect this project to be useful to interested parties.
