Abstract
K Design is customized a curtain on-site curtain sizing measurement and installation service. At this time, customers can contact us for product information and installation detail by phone and on-site. Each time there are contact with our customers there are a problem of time mismatch because most of customers are company employees who non-working hours are store closing hours every Saturday and Sunday. That is the main problem of our service.
Therefore, the organizers have developed Web Application Customer Appointment Management to increase the connection channel with customers who are inconvenient to go to our shop. The system can help customers to choose the size, number of curtains and chooses date-time of installation and reservation. It will show the estimated price and deposit order, the program has been developed in PHP, JavaScript, CSS with Sublime Text 3 and SQL Database management of XAMPP.
