บทคัดย่อ

การปฏิบัติงานที่ธนาคารออมสินสาขาดาวคะนอง โดยได้รับมอบหมายแผนกประชาสัมพันธ์การเปิดบัญชีเงินฝาก ดังนั้นจึงคิดโครงการจัดทำคู่มือการเปิดบัญชีเงินฝาก ธนาคารออมสินสาขาดาวคะนอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อความสะรวดเร็วในการเปิดบัญชีเงินฝากดังนั้นจึงได้ศึกษาจากเอกสารการเขียนคู่มือและได้ดำเนินการจัดทำคู่มือการเปิดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารออมสิน
สาขาดาวคะนองโดยในคู่มือประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอน 6 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) ผู้ฝากต้องอ่านเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการเงินฝากโดย ลูกค้าต้องลงชื่อเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการเงินฝากในช่องหมายเลข 1 2) ลูกค้าขอแบบแสดงข้อมูลลูกค้า (KYC) และแบบกรอกข้อมูลของลูกค้า ชื่อ-สกุล กับ ที่อยู่ อาชีพ รายได้ และข้อมูลส่วนตัว 3) กรณีใช้บริการบัตรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ต้องเสียค่าสมัคร 300 บาท พร้อมลงลายชื่อยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ ในด้านหลังของเอกสาร 4) แบบคำขอเปิดบัญชี กรอกข้อมูลในแบบคำขอ(เจ้าหน้าที่เป็นผู้กรอก) และให้ลูกค้าลงชื่อยอมรับแบบคำขอในช่องหมายเลข 1 ด้านล่างในใบแบบคำขอ 5) หลังสมุดบัญชีเงินฝาก ให้ลูกค้าเซ็นชื่อในช่องสี่เหลี่ยมทั้ง 2 ช่อง ข้างบนและข้างล่าง 6) ใบรับฝากเงิน ใบกรอกข้อมูลโดยเจ้าหน้าที่เป็นผู้กรอกแต่ให้ผู้ฝากลงชื่อ และผลจากการทำ คู่มือการเปิดบัญชีเงินฝากทำให้ลดระยะเวลาในการเปิดบัญชีเงินฝากได้เร็วขึ้นกว่าเดิม

Abstract

The author was assigned to the account public relation department of Government Savings Bank: Dao Khanong Branch. The author started an account opening manual project that aimed to facilitate the account opening process to be easier and faster. The author then studied on how to create a manual, then created the account opening manual for Government Saving Bank: Dao Khanong Branch. The manual consists of 6 step: 1. The client has to read terms and condition of saving services of the bank and sign the end of the document;  2. Client requested for document and fill in all the client information i.e. name, surname, address, occupation, salary, and other personal information; 3. If requesting an ATM card, the client needs to pay a 300 bath fee, including signature at the end of terms and conditions; 4. For the account opening request form, the client needs to sign and acknowledge at the end of the form; 5. On the last page of the bank account book, the client needs to sign in the blank space. From creating an account opening manual for Government Saving Bank, the results showed the clients understand the whole process and it makes the process easier and faster.
