บทคัดย่อ

กาแฟเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่ได้รับความนิยมมากจากลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการภายในห้องอาหาร PRINCESS CAFÉ ซึ่งในแต่ล่ะวันจะมีการต้มกาแฟในจำนวนหลายครั้ง จึงทำให้เกิดกากกาแฟที่เหลือทิ้งเป็นจำนวนมากทุกวัน ผู้จัดทำจึงคิดจัดทำโครงงานที่มีชื่อว่า กากกาแฟขจัดคราบ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำกากกาแฟที่เหลือทิ้งนำไปทำให้เกิดประโยชน์และลดต้นทุนการจัดซื้อของโรงแรม โดยนำกากกาแฟที่ผ่านการตากแห้งมาแล้วนำไปผสมกับน้ำส้มสายชูและเบคกิ้งค์โซดาตามอัตราส่วนที่กำหนดไว้หลังจากนั้นจึงนำกากกาแฟขจัดคราบมาทดลองใช้เพื่อปรับปรุงให้ดี ในการทดลองกากกาแฟขจัดคราบนั้นได้ทำการทดลองกับอ่างล้างมือภายในห้องอาหารด้วยวิธีการขัดด้วยใยสำหรับขัดอ่าง ผลที่ได้คืออ่างล้างมือมีความสะอาดมากขึ้นและยังสามารถลดปริมาณกากกาแฟที่เป็นขยะเหลือทิ้งในแต่ล่ะวันและนำกลับมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ได้ นอกจากนั้นกากกาแฟก็ยังสามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนการจัดซื้อน้ำยาสำหรับทำความสะอาดภายในโรงแรมได้

Abstract

Coffee is the most popular beverage for the customers who come to visit the princess cafe room, in each day there is a lot of coffee made that make plenty of coffee grounds. So the production of purposes this project for using old coffee grounds and decrease the cost for the hotel. By bringing the dried coffee and mix it with vinegar and baking soda according to the ratio defined, after that bring the coffee grounds to test and improve it. In the experimental of coffee traces that experiments with sinks inside the restaurant with the method of polishing with scrub sponge. The results showed the sink is clean and can also reduce the quantity of coffee grounds that is left for garbage each day and bring back the benefits. In addition, coffee grounds can also help reduce the cost of purchasing the cleaners for cleaning in hotel.
