บทคัดย่อ
ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงของคอนโดชาญอิสระซิตี้โฮม โดยปัจจุบันคอนโดชาญอิสระซิตี้โฮมรับแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงและบันทึกข้อมูลลงในโปรแกรมเอ็กเซลเท่านั้น เกิดปัญหาข้อมูลการแจ้งสูญหาย พนักงานกรอกข้อมูลผิดพลาด ตรวจสอบข้อมูลย้อนหลังได้ยาก จากปัญหาดังกล่าวทำให้ทางคณะผู้จัดทำพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุงของคอนโดชาญอิสระซิตี้โฮม ประกอบด้วย 1) ส่วนพนักงาน จัดการข้อมูลการแจ้งซ่อม อัพเดทการซ่อมบำรุง ทำรายงานการแจ้งซ่อม 2) ส่วนลูกบ้าน ระบบแจ้งซ่อม อัพเดทการซ่อมบำรุง พัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา PHP CSS และJavaScript ในการเขียนชุดคำสั่ง จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL และภาษา SQL ช่วยให้การจัดการข้อมูลแจ้งซ่อมมีความสะดวกรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ลดภาระงานของพนักงานลง ลดความผิดพลาดในการบันทึกการแจ้งซ่อมบำรุง และยังสามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลย้อนหลังได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

Abstract
The objective of this project was to develop an application for Charn Issara City Home’s Maintenance Request System. Previously, they used Microsoft Excel for data and there were many human errors. Therefore, the final application will be web-based system. The system will help them keep their data up-to-date and online. It has two components: The maintenance staff section and the requester system. The first part was composed of the complaint registration, maintenance information and reporting subsystem, and the second part was for requesting and updating. The development tools were PHP, JavaScript and CSS.
