บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ที เค แว็กซ จำกัด ดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการประกอบกิจการอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อเนื่องจากน้ำมันละหุ่ง รวมทั้งขาย สั่งเข้าและส่งออกไปยังต่างประเทศ มีการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ได้แก่ คอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องพิมพ์ สวิตซ์เครือข่าย ซอฟต์แวร์ เป็นต้น ข้อมูลทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศของบริษัทถูกจัดเก็บลงใน google sheet ซึ่งระบบเดิมนั้นไม่สามารถคัดกรองทรัพย์สินคงคลัง ทรัพย์สินที่จำหน่ายออกเนื่องจากชำรุด หรือหมดอายุ ทำให้เป็นอุปสรรคในการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศ
จากปัญหาข้างต้นผู้จัดทำได้จัดทำ “เว็บแอ๊ปพลิเคชั่นสำหรับบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศ” โดยอาศัยโปรแกรม “Snipe IT” ซึ่งเป็นซอฟต์แวร์รหัสเปิดสำหรับใช้ในการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศมาทำการทดสอบโดยติดตั้งลงบนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows 7 Professional และใช้ WampServer เวอร์ชั่น 3.0.0 เป็นเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ซึ่งประกอบด้วย apache 2 web server, MySQL v.5.7 และ PHP v.7.0.10
จากการทดสอบโดยทำการเพิ่มข้อมูลทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศลงในฐานข้อมูลผ่านทางเว็บแอ๊ปพลิเคชั่น สามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศ ชนิดและจำนวนของทรัพย์สิน สามารถดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลออกมาเป็นไฟล์เอกสาร มีระบบสำรองฐานข้อมูล ทำให้การบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินสารสนเทศทำได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็วกว่าการใช้ระบบเดิม

Abstract
TK Wax Company Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing products from castor oil, sales, import and export to foreign countries. The company uses information technology in business operations such as computers, printers, network switches, software etc. Information assets of the company is stored in google sheets, which the original system is unable to screening assets in the storage, assets disuse due to damage or expiration, causes obstacles for management of assets.
From the above problems, the owners have created a “Web application for information assets control” by using the “Snipe IT” program, Snipe IT is an open source software for management of information assets and will be tested by installing it on a computer running Windows 7 Professional and using WAMPP Server version 3.0.0 is a tool for managing web server including apache 2 web server, MySQL v.5.7 and PHP v.7.0.10.
From testing by inserting information assets data to the database via web applications, users can browse information asset type, number of assets and can download the information into a document file. There is also a database backup system making the management of information assets more reliability and faster than using the old system.
