บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท กลุ่มแอดวานซ์ รีเสิร์ช จำกัด และบริษัทในเครือ เป็นกลุ่มบริษัทชั้นนำของไทย ที่ให้บริการด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร และความรู้รวมถึงบริการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอันทันสมัย และครบวงจร เพื่อช่วยเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้บุคลากร หน่วยงาน และองค์กรต่างๆ ในการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ และบริหารฐานข้อมูลอันทรงคุณค่าให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด

จากการเข้าร่วมปฏิบัติงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท กลุ่มแอดวานซ์รีเสิร์ช จำกัด ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี โดยได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในด้านการ  บันทึกข้อมูลบัญชีลูกหนี้ ได้แก่ การบันทึกบัญชีตั้งหนี้ในโปรแกรม Oracle  จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี เก็บเอกสารชุดรับเงิน ตรวจภาษีซื้อ/ภาษีขาย ทำสมุดรายวันทั่วไป  ผู้จัดทำจึงได้เสนอโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาภายใต้ หัวข้อเรื่อง ระบบบัญชีลูกหนี้

โครงงานดังกล่าวสามารถอธิบาย และสรุปเนื้อหา ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน ในการจัดทำบัญชีและการบันทึกบัญชีด้านลูกหนี้ ซึ่งผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ สำหรับผู้ที่จะนำไปศึกษาต่อเพิ่มเติม รวมทั้งเป็นประโยชน์ในการที่จะนำความรู้ที่ได้รับ ไปปรับใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิชาชีพบัญชีในอนาคตต่อไป

Abstract

Advanced Research Group Company Limited and its subsidiaries ‘AR Group’ is Thailand’s leading information and knowledge provider offering fully integrated information resources associated with state-of-the-art information technology to enhance the potential of individuals, businesses and organizations in making informed decision, analyzing and managing valued information to achieve the best and most beneficial outcome.

The author attended a cooperative educational project at Advanced Research Group Company Limited in the position of assistant, the researcher resigned to save data in account receivable using Oracle program, preparing receipts and tax invoices, keeping receipt document, checking tax, and creating general journal. Thus, the researcher decided to do cooperative educational project on the topic of the Account Receivable System.

This project can describe and conclude processes in managing accounts and saving account receivable. The researcher hopes that this cooperative educational project will benefit to those who are interested in and apply the knowledge in their future career.
