บทคัดย่อ
โรงแรมดุสิตธานีหัวหิน ผสานการตกแต่งแบบไทยคลาสสิคเข้ากับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแบบสมัยใหม่ให้เข้ากันอย่างลงตัว จึงเป็นแหล่งตากอากาศสุดหรู เงียบสงบ สะท้อนภาพหัวหินในอดีตเมื่อครั้งเป็นสถานตากอากาศของเชื้อพระวงศ์ไทย นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับกิจกรรมสันทนาการไว้บริการมากมาย ห้องอาหารเป็นอีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่ลูกค้า เลือกที่จะเข้ามาใช้บริการ ห้องอาหารเปรียบเสมือนห้องพักผ่อน เพื่อรับประทานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มแนะนำของทางโรงแรม โดยเครื่องดื่มที่ลูกค้านิยมเลือกดื่ม คือ กาแฟ การทำกาแฟสดนั้นมักเหลือกากกาแฟเป็นจำนวนมาก ส่วนใหญ่จะนำกากกาแฟไปทิ้ง เนื่องจากกากกาแฟไม่ถูกนำกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่ภายในโรงแรม
ผู้จัดทำได้เล็งเห็นถึงประโยชน์จากกากกาแฟจึงได้นำกากกาแฟกลับมาใช้ใหม่ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ปุ๋ยกากกาแฟ และสบู่กากกาแฟ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และสร้างรายได้ให้แก่โรงแรมดุสิตธานีหัวหิน

Abstract
DusitThani HuaHin Hotel blended the classic Thai style with modern facilities together perfectly to make a quiet and luxury resort that reflected the hotel being as a resort of Thai royal family in the past and also have many facilities for recreational activities. The dining room is another thing that the customer chooses to stay in this hotel. This room is like a living room to eat and drink the recommended menu of the hotel. The popular drinks for the customer are coffee. Making a fresh coffee often leave a lot of coffee grounds, which was dump because it cannot recycle within the hotel.
The organizer has foreseen the benefit of coffee grounds so she recycles it in the form of various product such as coffee grounds fertilizer and coffee grounds soap to make new products and make a profit for Dusit Thani HuaHin Hotel.
