บทคัดย่อ

การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคอำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม ประเทศไทย เป็นหน่วยงานของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคเขต 3 ดำเนินกิจการเกี่ยวกับการจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าและดูแลการจ่ายไฟฟ้าในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอสามพราน เนื่องจากสำนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคได้นำซอฟท์แวร์ SAP (System Application Products) ซึ่งเป็นระบบซอฟท์แวร์สำเร็จรูปนำมาใช้หน้างานแทนการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลบนระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เดิม ซึ่งระบบบัญชีงานระหว่างก่อสร้างบนระบบ SAP นั้นเป็นระบบที่ช่วยบันทึกรายการค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ของงานก่อสร้างระหว่างทำ คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้ทำการรวบรวมงานบัญชีระหว่างก่อสร้างบนระบบ SAP สำหรับผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงานระหว่างก่อสร้างได้อย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในระบบงาน

Abstract

Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) at Samphran District, Nakronprathom, Thailand is a department of the third area of Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) that operates on distributing electricity and manages the use of electricity in Samphran district. Since Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has adapted the software called “System Application Products (SAP)” in order to replace the old system of managing computer data. SAP is a ready to use computer software or program that records all expenses incurred during construction; such as labor cost, or can also be called as an “Controlling Construction Account in Progress. Therefore, this project has gathered accounting information for the construction process on SAP data base which will be convenient and easy to track with the process. Also, this project will be beneficial to users in terms of well-understood of duties and work during the construction, in order to avoid any mistakes and defects of the working system.
