บทคัดย่อ
ทุกกิจการที่มีการดำเนินธุรกิจต้องมีค่าใช้จ่าย (Expenses) เกิดขึ้น ต้องมีหลักฐานประกอบไม่ว่าเป็น การซื้อเงินสดหรือเงินเชื่อ เอกสารดังกล่าวถูกจัดทา ขึ้นโดยบุคคลภายนอกและออกให้แก่กิจการเป็น หลักฐาน ปัญหาของเอกสารคือการใส่รหัสสินค้าผิด ยอดชำระไม่ตรงกับใบสั่งซื้อ เอกสารไม่ครบถ้วน ในการนำมาบันทึกบัญชีทำให้มีผลกระทบกับการดำเนินงานของกิจการโดยจากการศึกษาแผนกด้านค่าใช้จ่ายแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1. ขั้นตอนการยืนยันหนี้ 2. ขั้นตอนการชำระหนี้ 3. ขั้นตอนการเงิน โดยคณะผู้จัดทำศึกษาเพื่อนา ไปวิเคราะห์และหาจุดบกพร่อง เพื่อนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงระบบการทำงาน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
The trainees studied and operated their co-operative education at Talent Technology Co., Ltd. It has operated since January 11, 2010. They are computer, hardware and software selling agent with quality and standards, under brand of the leading manufacturer. It offers consulting technology services combined with the accumulated experience our management and professional teams. Bringing information technology to participate in business development and organization to achieve maximum benefits and continuously.
According to the co-operative education program, the trainees were assigned to be an assistant accountant at Talent Technology Co., Ltd. The responsibilities were debt confirmation, debt settlement, and payments.
From working as mentioned above, the trainees can be got real experiences of working and learned how to work with others.
