บทคัดย่อ

การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนครปฐม เป็นหน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ สังกัดกระทรวงมหาดไทย มีหน้าที่ให้บริการจำหน่ายกระแสไฟฟ้าแก่ภาคครัวเรือน ภาคธุรกิจ และโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ ในปัจจุบันการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคได้นำระบบซอฟแวร์สำเร็จรูป SAP (Systems Applications Program) เข้ามาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการระบบงานทั้งหมด รวมถึงงานทางด้านการบัญชีตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2554 เป็นต้นมา เพื่อความสะดวกและรวดเร็วในการปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชี อีกทั้งยังเป็นการลดความผิดพลาดในการจัดทำงบประมาณของหน่วยงานอีกด้วย

การปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาได้ศึกษาถึงระบบบัญชีงานระหว่างก่อสร้าง ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการจัดทำงบประมาณจนกระทั่งถึงการปิดงบงานก่อสร้างทางบัญชี ในระบบซอฟท์แวร์สำเร็จรูป SAP ผู้ปฏิบัติงานเกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องถึงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน ผู้จัดทำจึงได้ศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานบัญชีระหว่างก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น เพื่อความเข้าใจในกระบวนการของงานบัญชีงานระหว่างก่อสร้างในระบบ SAP และจัดทำเป็นแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ที่สนใจได้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างถูกต้องมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล

Abstract

Provincial Electricity Authority of Nakhon Pathom Province, is a state enterprise unit that is overseen by the Ministry of Interior. This unit has the duty to render services to distribute electric currents to household sectors, business sectors, government sectors and other industrial factories. Currently, Provincial Electricity Authority has brought SAP (Systems Applications Program), to be used in managing all systems, including accounting job, since B.E. 2554 onwards. Benefits of using SAP for accounting includes more convenient and faster accounting operations, as well as error reduction on the organization’s budgeting.

Co-operative Education operation has been used to study accounting system of construction work in progress account since the stage of preparing the budget until the closing of the financial statement of construction work in progress account in SAP. An officer is needed to oversee the guideline for holding as the operational guideline is in working operation. Hence, in order to help the officer to have the knowledge and understanding of the processes correctly relates to the stage of working operation, The organizer has studied and gathered information of working operations of construction work in progress account, primary financial statement of electricity, and users orders to better understand construction-in-progress processes in SAP, and then published operational guidelines for those who want to work correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
