บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ออพติมั่มแอ็คเค้าท์ติ้ง จำกัดเป็นสำนักงานบัญชีที่ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับด้านการจัดทำบัญชีและภาษีอากรแบบครบวงจรให้คำปรึกษาด้านบัญชี ในการดำเนินธุรกิจแต่ละประเภทจำเป็นต้องมีการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลงบการเงินและบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นเพื่อยื่นต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
จากการที่ผู้จัดทำได้เข้าปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้มาช่วยในแผนกบัญชี ซึ่งจากการที่ได้เข้าไปปฏิบัติงานในครั้งนี้ได้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับวิธีการลงบัญชีแยกประเภทในโปรแกรม Express และการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลงบการเงินในระบบ e-Filling จากการศึกษาดังกล่าว ช่วยให้ผู้จัดทำเกิดความเข้าใจและทราบถึงปัญหาในการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลงบการเงิน ทำให้สามารถจัดเตรียมข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและลดความผิดพลาดในการปฏิบัติงานได้ดีอีกด้วย

Abstract
The trainee had studied and operated their co-operative education at Optimum Accounting Services Co. Ltd. The company handles services such as company’s registration, company’s liquidation registration, social security registration, annual and monthly book keeping for submittance to the Department of Business Development and The Revenue Department, tax avoidance, and other services related to accounting system and business consulting.
According to the co-operative education program, the trainees were assigned to be an assistant accountant at Optimum Accounting Services Co. Ltd. and their responsibility was recording accounts by using Express program and preparing financial statements with DBD e-Filing system.
From working as mentioned above, the trainee got real experiences of working and learned how to work with others.
