บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท จงสถิตย์ จำกัด เป็นผู้นำในธุรกิจสิ่งทอ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทประกอบด้วยผ้าพิมพ์สำเร็จรูป ผ้าแฟชั่น ผ้ายืดพิมพ์ เป็นแหล่งรวมผ้าลาย มีลายพิมพ์มากที่สุดและดีที่สุด มีเนื้อผ้าหลายชนิดให้ลูกค้าได้เลือกซื้อ บริการครบวงจรตั้งแต่ออกแบบและมีกระบวนการผลิตที่ทันสมัย จำหน่ายสินค้าทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยเน้นหลักการ ดี ใหม่ ไวกว่า เพื่อให้สินค้าและบริการได้คุณภาพตามที่บริษัทและลูกค้าต้องการ

ผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา ณ บริษัท จงสถิตย์ จำกัด ในแผนกบัญชี AR และได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำใบวางบิล  ทำให้ได้พบเอกสารทางการบัญชีมากมาย เช่น ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบกำกับสินค้า ใบกำกับภาษี บริษัท จงสถิตย์ จำกัดใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีที่ชื่อว่า ARMonitor ในการทำงาน โปรแกรมดังกล่าวใช้งานง่ายสามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลไปสู่ส่วนงานอื่นได้ แต่ในช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงานเกิดความผิดพลาดบ่อยครั้งและใช้เวลานานในการทำงานเนื่องจากผู้จัดทำขาดทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ARMonitor ผู้จัดทำจึงต้องการทำรายงานเรื่อง “ขั้นตอนการจัดทำใบวางบิล” ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ARMonitor เพื่ออธิบายขั้นตอนการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ARMonitor จัดทำใบวางบิลและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้จัดทำหวังว่ารายงานเล่มนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract

Jong Stit Co. Ltd. is the leading polyester fabric and textile entrepreneur, based in Thailand. The company has proficiently innovated eco-friendly raw materials through utilizing recycled polyester. The company has also strictly fullered the ultimate philosophy, best quality, competitive price, and fast delivery with social contribution and environment concern.

This cooperative education program was conducted in the accounting department and the author was assigned to prepare the invoices for accounts receivable with AR monitor accounting software. At the beginning of the operation, it took a lot of time because there was no understanding of accounting documents and a lack of skill in the AR monitor accounting software. Therefore, the author designed this project to increase work efficiency through studying the types of accounting documents, verify the accuracy of the accounting document, and the process of invoice preparation. As a result, the author gained knowledge and understanding about the accuracy of the accounting documents, skill in using accounting software and expects this project to be useful to interested parties.
