บทคัดย่อ
โรงแรมแชงกรีลา กรุงเทพ เป็นโอเอซิสที่หรูหราสำหรับทั้งนักเดินทางเพื่อพักผ่อนและธุรกิจ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาใกล้กับแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและย่านธุรกิจของกรุงเทพรถไฟฟ้าที่อยู่ติดกัน ทำให้ผู้เข้าพักสามารถเดินทางผ่านตัวเมืองได้อย่างสะดวกสบายและสนามบินนานาชาติสุวรรณภูมิอยู่ห่างออกไปโดยใช้เวลาเดินทางด้วยรถยนต์เพียง 30 นาที ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่โรงแรมแชงกรี-ลา คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบและตรวจนับสินค้าที่สั่งซื้อ บันทึกข้อมูลในโปรแกรม Check SCM จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับคำนวณค่านายหน้าของตัวแทนขายห้องพัก
โครงงานนี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต คณะผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract
The Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok is a luxurious oasis for both leisure and business travellers. Located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, the hotel is close to Bangkok’s shopping, sightseeing and business districts. The adjacent Sky Train means guests can travel through the city with ease, and Suvarnabhumi International Airport is just 30 minutes away by car. While attending the internship under the cooperative education program at the Shangri-La Hotel, the team was assigned to prepare purchase orders, check and count products ordered, record business transactions via the Check SCM program and prepare documents for calculating the commission of room sales representatives.
This project allowed the team to gain knowledge, understanding and increased performance skills, which would be applied to careers in the future. The team also hoped that this project would be useful to interested parties.
