บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท น้ำมันพืชไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันพืชชั้นนำของอาเซียน  บริษัทมีกำลังการผลิต 6,500 ตัน เมล็ดถั่วเหลือง/วัน ผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าทั้งตลาดในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยแบ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันถั่วเหลืองสำหรับปรุงอาหาร และผลิตภัณฑ์กากถั่วเหลือง  ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกการเงินและบัญชี  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนของเอกสารทางบัญชี  ได้แก่ ใบแจ้งหนี้   ใบกำกับภาษี สำเนาใบกำกับภาษี  ใบลดหนี้  ใบเพิ่มหนี้  ใบจ่ายสินค้า  ใบชั่งน้ำหนัก และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน ก่อนหน้านี้ผู้จัดทำยังไม่มีทักษะการทำงาน

โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจ และสามารถเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคตต่อไป   ผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงงานนี้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited is a leader of vegetable industry in Asia, the company has a production capacity 6,500 tons of soybean per day, manufactures and distributes products to both domestic and global market. The products category are meal and edible oil.  While attending the internship under the cooperative program at the Finance and Accounting department, the author was assigned to check accuracy and completeness of  accounting documents such as; billings, tax invoices, copy of tax invoices, credit and debit notes, weighing invoices, and arrange accounting documents for ease of use. Previously, the author did not have performance skills.

During this project, the author had gained knowledge and understanding, and could increase in performance skills, as well as having confidence in future careers. The author also hoped that this project would be beneficial to interested parties.
