บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่อง กระถางต้นไม้จาก กากกาแฟ Creating Pots for Plants from Coffee Grounds โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำกากกาแฟที่เหลือทิ้งมาสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ใช้ในการตกแต่งบริเวณลอบบี้และห้องน้ำของโรงแรม และเพื่อนำวัสดุที่เหลือทิ้งมาใช้ประโยชน์อย่างคุ้มค่าพร้อมทั้งช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับกากกาแฟ จากนั้นได้ทำการสำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์กระถางต้นไม้จากกากกาแฟโดยทำการแจกแบบสอบถามจำนวน 30 ชุด แก่ประชากรตัวอย่างของโรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ สาทรซึ่งผลจากการสำรวจพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 56.70 ช่วงอายุระหว่าง 26-40 ปี มีความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยเท่ากันคิดเป็นร้อยละ 66.60 ปฏิบัติงานแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่มร้อยละ 66.70 พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจ ด้านภาพรวมของกระถางต้นไม้จากกากกาแฟมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.53 ด้านความสวยงามและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.33 ด้านวัสดุที่ใช้มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.20 ด้านความแข็งแรงและความทนทานในระดับมาก มรความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ย 4.16 และด้านประโยชน์และความน่าดึงดูดในการใช้งานในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.10

Abstract
The objectives of this cooperative education project were to create hotel lobby and bathroom decorating products by applying leftover coffee grounds to create and to worthily utilize leftover materials to add value to coffee grounds.
The satisfaction survey was conducted by distributing 30 copies of questionnaire to ask their satisfaction towards the developed plant pots. Data were collected from the sample at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Bangkok. The survey results indicated that most of the sample was male (56.70%) and 26-40 years old. On average, they had same satisfaction level (33.30%). They worked for food and beverage department (66.70%). Overall satisfaction with the developed plant pot was at the highest level with a mean of 4.53. Aesthetics and creativity were at the highest level with a mean of 4.33. The suitability of materials used was at the highest level with a mean of 4.20. Strength and durability was at a high level with a mean of 4.16. Benefit and attractiveness was at a high level with a mean of 4.10.
