บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ โลจิสติก จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้บริการด้านการขนส่งใน-ประเทศและต่างประเทศรวมถึงคลังเก็บสินค้าและแหล่งผลิตสินค้ามากมายหลายแห่ง รวมทั้งให้บริการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าแบบครบวงจรเพื่อสนับสนุน บริษัทไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด(มหาชน) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ผลิตรายใหญ่ใหญ่รายหนึ่งในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน โดยแบ่งกลุ่มธุรกิจออกเป็น 4 สายผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น สุรา เบียร์ เครื่องดื่มที่ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์และอาหาร ซึ่งบริษัทได้มีการกระจายสินค้าออกทั่วตลาดโลกจึงจัดตั้งบริษัทไทยเบฟเวอเรจ โลจิสติก จำกัดเพื่อดูแลการขนส่งและการกระจายสินค้า

ทั้งนี้ผู้จัดทำได้มีส่วนร่วมเข้าฝึกสหกิจศึกษา กับทางบริษัทในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยเจ้าหน้าที่พิธีศุลกากร ศึกษาขั้นตอนการตรวจปล่อยสินค้าส่งออก รวมถึงวิธีการในการรวบรวมเอกสารการส่งสินค้าและขั้นตอนการออกตรวจสินค้าจากต้นทาง (โรงงานผลิตสินค้า) จนถึงปลายทาง (ท่าเรือส่งออก) ผล-จากการไปฝึกสหกิจได้รู้ขั้นตอนกระบวนการดำเนินงานในแต่ละส่วนของพิธีการศุลกากรและได้เรียนรู้การปฏิบัติงานจากสถานการณ์จริงในทุกด้านทำให้รู้ถึงข้อบกพร่องของปัญหาในการส่งออก อาทิ การโหลดสินค้าล่าช้าจึงทำให้เกิดผลกระทบต่อการขนส่ง และทำให้พอมีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาบางส่วนของงาน ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาจัดทำเป็นรายงานฉบับนี้

Abstract

Thai Beverage Logistic Co., Ltd. is established to provide service on domestic and international transportation including a lot of warehouse and production source and provides complete service on import-export in order to support Thai Beverage Public Co., Ltd., one of major manufacturer in ASEAN countries. By dividing a business group into 4 production lines i.e. liquor, beer, soft drink and food. Thai Beverage Public Co., Ltd. has exported to countries all over the world so Thai Beverage Logistic Co., Ltd. is established in order to take responsibilities on goods transportation and distribution.

I participated in the cooperative education with the company and worked as a customs staff assistant. My duty is to study the procedure of examination of export cargo including the collection method of shipment document and the procedure of cargo examination from the origin (manufacturing factory) to the destination (export port). From my participation in the company, I have understood the procedure in each section of customs process and learn the operation from real situation which makes me see fault of export such as delayed loading that has an affect on transportation and find the way to address the problem. So I collect all data and make this report.
