บทคัดย่อ
โรงแรมสุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ เป็นโรงแรมที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองย่านธุรกิจ บริการห้องพักระดับห้าดาว ออกแบบตกแต่งตามแบบสถาปัตยกรรมไทยสมัยสุโขทัย มีการให้บริการอาหารไทยและอาหารนานาชาติ นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริการสปา ห้องประชุม สัมมนาและจัดเลี้ยง ซึ่งจากการฝึกปฏิบัติงานสหกิจในแผนกจัดเลี้ยง (Banquet) ของโรงแรมสุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ นั้นพบว่าในแต่ละวันมีดอกไม้และกากชาที่เหลือทิ้งจากงานจัดเลี้ยงเป็นจำนวนมาก ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงมีความคิดที่จะนำสองสิ่งนี้มาประยุกต์ใช้ให้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดประโยชน์แก่โรงแรม โดยแปรรูปเป็นเครื่องหอมอบแห้ง เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนจากการซื้อถุงหอมปรับอากาศ และช่วยลดปริมาณขยะสด อีกทั้งยังเป็นการนำของที่ไม่ใช้แล้วนำกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้อีกครั้ง
ในการทำโครงงานนี้จึงได้ทำการศึกษาถึงวิธีการทำ และมีการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานเพื่อให้ทราบถึงความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเครื่องหอมอบแห้ง เป็นจำนวน 30 ชุด โดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก เครื่องหอมอบแห้งมีกลิ่นหอม สีสันสวยงาม ภาชนะบรรจุภัณฑ์เหมาะสมต่อการนำไปใช้ สามารถดับกลิ่นอับได้จริง สามารถทดแทนถุงหอมปรับอากาศที่โรงแรมใช้อยู่ได้ และยังช่วยลดต้นทุนของโรงแรมจากการจัดซื้อถุงหอมปรับอากาศได้ เป็นเงิน 15,220 บาท

Abstract
The Sukhothai Bangkok is a five-star hotel located at the heart of Thailand’s capital city. The architecture and interior design of the hotel was inspired by the ancient kingdom of Sukhothai. There are both Thai food and international cuisines, including spa, conference rooms and banqueting facilities. From the co-operative internship in the banquet department of the Sukhothai Bangkok, there were large amounts of flowers and tea leaf leftovers from banquets. Therefore, the researcher had an idea to reuse these two products to make a beneficial product for the hotel. The project was conducted by recycling flowers and tea leaf residues to create a potpourri in order to reduce the cost of buying aromatic sachets, amounts of fresh waste and also reuse the leftovers to be beneficial again.
This project was conducted by studying recycling methods and distributing 30 questionnaires to the hotel staff to survey their satisfaction on the potpourri. Overall satisfaction was at a high level. The opinion of the hotel staff indicated that the potpourri was aromatic and colorful; the package was suitable for the actual usage; the deodorant properties were quite effective; and the potpourri was appropriate to use in place of aromatic sachets that were currently being used in the hotel. Also, the use of the potpourri could reduce the cost of purchasing aromatic sachets in an amount of 15,220 Baht.
