บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสบู่เหลวสับปะรดและเสาวรส จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาวิธีการทำสบู่เหลวและเพื่อผลิตสบู่เหลวไว้ใช้สำหรับภายในโรงแรม เนื่องจากขณะที่ผู้จัดทำได้ฝึกงานแผนกครัวที่โรงแรม อีสติน แกรนด์ สาทร ผู้จัดทำได้สังเกตเห็นว่ามีการทิ้งเศษสับปะรดและเสาวรสเป็นจำนวนมาก ผู้จัดทำจึงคิดที่จะนำสับปะรดและเสาวรสมาใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบหลักในการทำสบู่เหลว เพราะสับปะรดและเสาวรสมีสรรพคุณที่ดีต่อผิว ซึ่งอุดมไปด้วยวิตามินบี2, 3 และวิตามินซี ที่ช่วยในเรื่องความชุ่มชื่นของผิวและมีกลิ่นหอมอีกด้วย
จากผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยเรียงตามลำดับความพึงพอใจจากมากไปหาน้อยซึ่งทำการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พบว่าผู้ทดลองใช้ได้มีความพึงพอใจต่อความรู้สึกที่ได้สัมผัสสบู่มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.68 ความพึงพอใจต่อกลิ่นของสบู่และความมากน้อยของฟองสบู่อยู่ในระดับที่เท่ากัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.40

Abstract
This project examined the procedure of pineapple and passion fruit liquid soap production. During the internship program at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, we had observed that a huge amount of pineapple and passion fruit scraps were thrown away. Therefore, we decided to conduct research on reusing these scraps into the main ingredient of liquid soap, due to their several benefits for the skin. Pineapple and passion fruit are fragrant and rich in vitamin B2, B3, and C which gives moisturizing qualities.
The result of the in-depth interview from high to low satisfied with the liquid soap users found that 85.68 percent of users were strongly satisfied with the touch and equal with the percentage of 71.40 of the users are satisfied with the amount of bubble and liquid soap scent.
