บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เอคเซคคิวทิฟ บริการการบัญชี จำกัด เป็นสำนักงานบัญชีที่ให้บริการด้านการจัดทำบัญชี ตรวจสอบบัญชีและการจดทะเบียนธุรกิจ รวมถึงการให้บริการด้านภาษีอากรทำให้เกิดการติดต่อประสานงานในการทำงานระหว่างบริษัทและกรมสรรพากร ในปัจจุบันกรมสรรพากรได้จัดทำโปรแกรมโอนย้ายข้อมูลใบแนบ สำหรับบริษัทที่ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดทำบัญชี (Microsoft Excel)เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้งานมาจัดทำใบแนบประกอบการยื่นแบบภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่ายผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยไม่ต้องบันทึกข้อมูลใบแนบใหม่ ลดการทำงานที่ซ้ำซ้อนและประหยัดเวลา
จากการที่ได้ไปปฏิบัติงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษา พบว่าบริษัทได้มีการใช้บริษัทได้ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดทำบัญชี (Microsoft Excel) ในการทำฐานข้อมูลเงินได้ ซึ่งไม่อาจใช้ในการยื่นแบบได้ ดังนั้นบริษัทจึงได้ใช้โปรแกรมโอนย้ายข้อมูลใบแนบภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่ายมาเป็นสื่อกลางในการยื่นแบบภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่ายผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตเพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากร โดยยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด. 3,53) ทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความสนใจในขั้นตอนการใช้โปรแกรมโอนย้ายข้อมูลใบแนบภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้ที่สนใจในการใช้โปรแกรม

Abstract
Executive Accounting Service Co., Ltd. is an accounting office that makes account, audit account and business registration as well as helps with tax for coordination between company and the revenue department. In the present, the Revenue Department has created program for data transfer for companies that use Microsoft Excel to facilitate users to submit attachment withholding income tax form on the internet without having to write on a form again which reduces repeating steps and saves time.
From working at the co-op, it was found that the company uses Microsoft Excel in making an income database which cannot be used to submit forms. Therefore, the company uses the program for transferring attachment withholding income tax data for submission of withholding income tax (P.N.D.3,53) form to send to revenue department which makes creators interested in procedures of the program for transferring attachment withholding income tax data to benefit staff and those who are interested.
