บทคัดย่อ

ปัจจุบันมีหลายบริษัทและองค์กรได้นำโปรแกรมสาเร็จรูปมาใช้ในการดำเนินงานและจัดการธุรกิจ บริษัท เพาเวอร์ไลน์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) ก็เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ที่ใช้งานบริษัทนี้ประกอบธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างรวมถึงออกแบบและให้บริการงานติดตั้งด้านวิศวกรรม ลูกค้าของบริษัทมาจากทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนซึ่งเป็นผู้รับจ้างโดยตรงและผู้รับเหมาส่งต่อจากการประมูลหรือเจรจา บริษัทนี้ยังร่วมมือกับผู้อื่นในลักษณะกิจการร่วมค้า การบริการของบริษัทสามารถแบ่งได้ 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ งานก่อสร้างโยธา, งานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบสื่อสารโทรคมนาคม, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบสุขาภิบาล,
ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย

ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำ จึงตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของระบบบัญชีของ บริษัท เพาเวอร์ไลน์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด(มหาชน) โดยมุ่งเน้นในเรื่อง ระบบเงินสดย่อย(Petty Cash System.) เพื่อศึกษาและติดตามแหล่งที่มาของการสั่งจ่ายเงินในแต่ละรายการของบริษัท โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชี(Mango) เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการบันทึกบัญชีโดยโปรแกรมนี้จะทำให้สะดวก รวดเร็วและประหยัดเวลามากขึ้น

Abstract

Nowadays, many companies and organizations have adopted a computer software package to operate and manage its business. Power Line Engineering Co. Ltd. is also one of those who use it. This company carries on a total construction contractor business, including design and provides services of engineering installation work. Its customers are from both private and government sectors, which are direct contractors and forwarded contractors from auction or negotiation. This company also cooperates with others as a joint venture.

Its services can be divided by its main job description into five categories; civil construction, electricity installation, telecommunication system, air conditioning system, sanitation and fire protection systems.
Therefore, the creator has realized the importance of accounting systems of this company by emphasizing on the Petty cash system to learn and track the source of paying orders of any transaction. An accounting software called Mango was used for this work as an assistant tool for accounting records. It provides ease of work, is fast and saves time.
