บทคัดย่อ

เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โรคระบาดร้ายแรง COVID-19 ทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการดำเนินชีวิต และดำเนินการสถานประกอบการตามวิถี New Normal รวมทั้งปรับให้เหมาะสมกับมาตรการทางสาธารณสุขของรัฐบาล (SHA) จึงได้จัดทำหน้ากากลดการสัมผัสซึ่งใช้ซิปรูดปิดและเปิดหน้ากากเมื่อต้องการดื่มน้ำหรือรับประทานอาหารแทนการถอดหน้ากากหลายครั้งต่อวัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) การลดการสัมผัสบริเวณด้านนอกของหน้ากาก 2) ลดต้นทุนในการแจกของที่ระลึกของบริษัท สวัสดี ทราเวล กรุ๊ป แอนด์ทรานสปอร์ต จำกัด

โดยคณะผู้จัดทำได้ทำการแจกหน้ากากลดการสัมผัสให้บุคคลทั่วไปที่ใช้หน้ากากผ้าในชีวิตประจำวันเพื่อป้องกันเชื้อโรคได้ทดลองใช้ และทำแบบประเมินจำนวน 20 คน พบว่าผลการดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้ โดย 1) ผู้ทดลองใช้มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความพึงพอใจในเรื่องของความสะดวกสบายในการดื่มน้ำขณะที่สวมหน้ากาก มีระดับความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุดคือ 4.65 3) รองลงมาคือความพึงพอใจในเรื่องของราคาที่เหมาะสมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.60 และ 4) ความพึงพอใจในเรื่องของความสะดวกสบายในการรับประทานอาหารขณะที่สวมหน้ากากมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ 3.15 โดยผู้ทดลองใช้มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

Abstract

Due to the severe COVID-19 epidemic situation, the researchers have realized the importance of new normal way of living and have adapted to conform to the government’s policy: Amazing Thailand Safety & Health Administration (SHA). Therefore, the researchers innovated ‘Reduced Exposure Mask’ with using the zipper to open and close the mask when having the drink or eat instead of removing the mask several times per day, for objectives: 1) reducing the exposure from the outer area of the mask; and 2) minimizing the cost of souvenirs distribution for Sawasdee Travel Group and Transport Co., Ltd.

The researchers distributed the innovated masks and questionnaires to 20 respondents who usually wear masks in their daily life to prevent the spread of the virus. The result were coherent with the set objectives: 1) the respondents had high level of overall satisfaction; 2) The highest satisfaction level with the average of 4.65 was the comfort of the mask for drinking water; 3) the price with the average of 4.60; and 4) comfort of the mask for dining with the average of 3.15.
