บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท เอส พี เมตัลเวอร์ค จำกัด เริ่มจดทะเบียน ก่อตั้งเป็นบริษัทจำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2537 โดยคุณสมพงษ์ พงศ์เกรียงยศ เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจหล่อหลอมโลหะชนิดต่างๆ อันได้แก่เหล็กหล่อเทา,เหล็กหล่อเหนียว,เหล็กเหนียวหล่อ และเหล็กหล่อชนิดพิเศษเป็นต้นโดยผลิตตามความต้องการของลูกค้า(OEM) ซึ่งได้แก่ อะไหล่รถไถนา,อะไหล่รถแทรกเตอร์,กระปุกเกียร์และพูเล่ย์เป็นต้น

ต่อมาบริษัทได้ตระหนักถึงความจำเป็นในการขยายขอบเขตการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อการเจริญเติบโตของบริษัทฯในระยะยาวดังนั้นในปี พ.ศ. 2546 บริษัทได้ขยายการผลิตสินค้าสู่สินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์เหล็กหล่อท่อประปาและประตูน้ำเหล็กหล่อชนิดต่างๆภายใต้เครื่องหมายการค้า SP ซึ่งมีลูกค้าสำคัญ คือ หน่วยงานราชการ เช่น การประปาส่วนภูมิภาค การประปานครหลวง และกรมชลประทานเป็นต้น

จากการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาพบว่าระบบปฏิบัติการและขั้นตอนการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสอดคล้องกับแนวปฏิบัติทางการบัญชีอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม หวังว่าประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับและจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาอาชีพในอนาคต

Abstract

S P Metalwork Co., Ltd. was registered as a company limited on December 1, 1994 by Mr. Sompong Pongkriangyos in order to engage in business of metal casting including gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, steel casting, special cast iron, etc. All products are produced according to the demands of customers (OEM) including tractor spare parts, gear boxes, pulleys, etc.

Subsequently, the company realized the necessity of business boundary expansion for long term company growth. As a result, in 2003, the company expanded their product manufacturing to cast iron pipe fittings and valves, including gate valve, butterfly valve, and check valve under SP brand. Recently, we also produced ductile iron pipe fittings. The company’s major customers include government sectors, such as Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA), Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA), Royal Irrigation Department, etc.
From the practice of cooperative education, it was found that the operating system and related working procedures were in line with the accounting practices in a concrete manner. I hope that the experiences gained and shared would be beneficial for future career development.
