บทคัดย่อ

การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำที่ทันสมัยในระดับภูมิภาค  มุ่งมั่นให้บริการพลังงานไฟฟ้าและธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่องอย่างครบวงจรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ  เชื่อถือได้  เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต  เศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน  ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร  คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายรับฟอร์มใบคำขอคืนเงินประกันการใช้ไฟฟ้าและเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น ใบเสร็จรับเงินประกันการใช้ไฟฟ้า  สำเนาบัตรประชาชน และสำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน  ตรวจสอบใบคำร้องและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง  บันทึกข้อมูลและจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายคืนเงินประกันการไฟฟ้าในระบบ SAP Easy Access PEA   จากนั้นส่งเอกสารทั้งหมดให้หัวหน้าแผนกบัญชีบัญชีตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ

โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้  ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการทำงาน  โดยทำการศึกษาขั้นตอนการจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายคืนเงินประกันการใช้ไฟฟ้า    โครงงานนี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้  ความเข้าใจ  และเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต   คณะผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)  is responsible for the provision of standardized electrical services and related business to attain the customer’s satisfaction with products and services through PEA’s continued corporate development plan with recognition of social and environmental responsibility.  While attending the internship under the cooperative program at PEA, Samutsakorn province,  the team  was assigned to receive  refund request forms for electricity usage and various documents, such as  receipt of electrical guarantee deposit, copy of  ID card and house registration, to check related documents,  record data and prepare vouchers via  the SAP Easy Access PEA system, then send all the documents to the head of the accounting department to check and approve the transactions.

This project was designed to increase the skills of using the SAP Easy Access PEA system to prepare vouchers of  PEA Deposit Refunds.  This project allowed the team to gain knowledge, understanding and increased performance skills, which would be applied to careers in the future. The team also hoped that this project would be useful to interested parties.
