บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เอ็มแมกซ์เอ็นจิเนียร์ จำกัด ให้บริการด้านผลิตชิ้นงานในอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์ อุปกรณ์ดนตรี ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จิ๊ก ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรและเครื่องยนต์ อะไหล่เฟอร์นิเจอร์ ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่ เอ็มแมกซ์เอ็นจิเนียร์ ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดประเภทเอกสารทางบัญชี ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนของเอกสาร จัดทำใบวางบิล บันทึกบัญชีซื้อเชื่อและขายเชื่อในโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป WIN Speed
ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงตระหนักถึงความสำคัญระบบบัญชีของบริษัท เอ็มแมกซ์เอ็นจิเนียร์ จำกัด เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนการบันทึกบัญชีซื้อสินค้าเป็นเงินเชื่อและขายสินค้าเป็นเงินเชื่อ ผ่านทางโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป WIN Speed เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยในการบันทึกบัญชี ให้มีความสะดวกรวดเร็วและสามารถจัดประเภทเอกสารทางการบัญชีให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนของเอกสาร

Abstract
Mmax Engineering Co., Ltd. provides services for automotive, motorcycle, music equipment, electronic parts, machinery, engine parts, and furniture parts. During the internship for the cooperative education project at Mmax Engineering, the organizer was assigned to classify accounting documents, verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, create billing statements, record credit sale-credit purchase accounts in WIN Speed, a ready-made accounting software.
The author realized the importance of the company’s accounting system of Mmax Engineering Co., Ltd. and chose to study the process of credit sale-credit purchase accounting records through the WIN Speed accounting software. It was a tool to help with accounting records that was convenient, fast and able to classify accounting documents correctly and completely.
