บทคัดย่อ

บริษัทพีเอ็นเอส ออดิทติ้ง แอนด์ แอดไวเซอรี่ จำกัดให้บริการการทำบัญชี ให้บริการปรึกษาด้านบัญชีและภาษี การตรวจสอบบัญชี และบริการอื่นๆ ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่พีเอ็นเอส คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้คัดแยกและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชี บันทึกรายการทางบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเอ็กเพรส และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน ช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงานใช้เวลาค่อนข้างมาก เนื่องจากไม่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางบัญชี และการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางบัญชีเอ็กเพรส

โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการทำงาน โดยทำการศึกษาประเภทของเอกสารทางบัญชี การใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชี โครงงานนี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน และมีความมั่นใจที่จะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต คณะผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

PNS Auditing and Advisory Company Limited is a business that provides accounting services, accounting and tax consulting, auditing services and other services. While attending the internship under the cooperative program at PNS, the team was assigned to classify and check accounting documents, to recognize business transactions via the Express Accounting software and arrange accounting documents for ease of use. The first phase of the operation took a lot of time because there was no understanding of accounting documents and the use of pre-programmed accounting via Express.

This project was designed to increase the skills of using the Express Accounting software to recognize business transactions through studying the type of accounting documents. This project allowed the team to gain more knowledge, understanding, and increased performance skills, as well as having confidence in future careers. The team also hoped that this project would be useful to interested parties.
