บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่องเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือผสมว่านหางจระเข้กลิ่นกุหลาบ จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการทำเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือว่านหางจระเข้ กลิ่นกุหลาบ 2) เพื่อให้ได้เจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือว่านหางจระเข้ กลิ่นกุหลาบสำหรับพนักงานสายการบินไทยไลอ้อนแอร์ ซึ่งตอบโจทย์กับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบันที่ต้องการปกป้องและรักษาความสะอาดเพื่อป้องกันการติดต่อของโรคไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ 2019 (COVID–19) ที่สามารถก่อให้เกิดโรคทางเดินหายใจในคน จากการศึกษาพบว่าเจลล้างมือที่มีส่วนผสมของแอลกอฮอล์มากกว่า 70% ขึ้นไปสามารถกำจัดเชื้อไวรัสที่อยู่บนมือได้ ส่วนผสมที่สำคัญในการทำเจลแอลกอฮอล์คือ เอทานอล หรือ เอทิลแอลกอฮอล์ นอกจากส่วนผสมมาตรฐานหลักโดยทั่วไปตามคำแนะนำของกรมอนามัยแล้ว ยังเพิ่มส่วนผสมของ ว่านหางจระเข้ที่ช่วยใช้ผิวนุ่มชุ่มชื้น อีกทั้งลดการอักเสบของผิวหนังและยังเพิ่มกลิ่นหอมจากกุหลาบที่มีวิจัยระบุว่ากลิ่นกุหลาบสามารถช่วยขจัดอารมณ์เศร้าหมอง คลายความวิตกกังวล และลดปัญหาเครียด ที่ส่งผลให้จิตใจคลายความฟุ้งซ่านได้สำหรับพนักงานสายการบินที่การปฏิบัติงานในที่สาธารณะอย่างสนามบินนานาชาติดอนเมือง เจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือจึงเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในการฆ่าเชื้อโรคบนมือของพนักงานสายการบินที่จะต้องสัมผัสสิ่งของและสัมภาระของผู้โดยสารอยู่ตลอดเวลา จึงจำเป็นจะต้องมีการป้องกันตนเองและผู้อื่นจากการเจ็บป่วย

ผลสรุปจากการที่ได้ไปสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พบว่าด้านรูปลักษณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์เจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือผสมว่านหางจระเข้ กลิ่นกุหลาบ พบว่าสีของฉลากผลิตภัณฑ์มีสีที่อ่อนเกินไป ขาดสีสัน ควรเพิ่มสีสันให้มีความสวยงามมากกว่านี้ ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของผลิตภัณฑ์เจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือผสมว่านหางจระเข้ กลิ่นกุหลาบ พบว่า สัดส่วนมีความชัดเจนน่าเชื่อถือ ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ด้านความเหมาะสมในการใช้งาน รูปทรงของผลิตภัณฑ์มีความเหมาะสมพกพาง่าย สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้านเนื้อเจลสัมผัสพบว่า เนื้อเจลสัมผัสกำลังดี ส่วนผสมดีแห้งทันที มือนุ่ม และ ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้านกลิ่นของผลิตภัณฑ์ มีกลิ่นหอมกำลังดี

Abstract

Rose & Aloe Vera Gel Hand Sanitizer project was created with the following objectives: 1.To examine the production procedure of rose–scented hand sanitizer combined with aloe vera gel; 2.To provide hand sanitizer for Thai Lion Aircrew, which is appropriate to the current situation, requires cleanness to prevent coronavirus infection (COVID–19) that can cause a respiratory syndrome in humans. According to the research, it was shown that hand sanitizer that contains alcohol above 70 percent can prevent the virus that causes disease. An essential ingredient in making alcohol gel is ethanol or ethyl alcohol. Besides general standard ingredients recommended by the Department of Health, there is a component of aloe vera that can boost hydration and heal skin inflammation. Furthermore, a rose scent can eliminate melancholy emotion, reduce depression and anxiety, and create relaxation for airline staff who operate at Don Mueang International Airport. Therefore, hand sanitizer is the most excellent option to disinfected bacteria for airline crew who are always required to touch passenger’s belongings and luggage. Consequently, it is necessary to protect oneself and others away from sickness. As a result of the depth, the interview found that the color packaging of rose–scented hand sanitizer mixed with aloe vera gel is quite light and lacks colorfulness. So, it should add more color to improve the beauty of the package.

The results of the interview regarding the reliability of rose–scented hand sanitizer mixed with aloe vera gel found that the proportion was evident and reliable. The results from the interview in terms of usability; the shape of the product was showed that suitable for portability and convenience. The results from the interview in terms of texture, there was a pleasant texture, which dried instantly, and can soften the hands. The results of the scent product showed it had a nice odor.
