บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ไทย ไลอ้อน เมนทารี จำกัด เป็นบริษัทสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำในประเทศไทยเป็นสายการบินที่เกิดจากการร่วมทุนระหว่างสายการบินไทยไลอ้อนแอร์ในประเทศอินโดนีเซีย และกลุ่มนักธุรกิจไทย ในปัจจุบันสายการบินไทยไลอ้อนแอร์เป็นที่นิยมและมีผู้ใช้บริการหลากหลายสัญชาติ ผู้จัดทำได้มีการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการให้บริการภาคพื้นดินจึงสามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลและนำมาสรุปผลของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น หรือพบในปัจจุบัน ผลจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้เห็นถึงปัญหาของการไม่ทราบถึงกฎเกณฑ์ข้อมูลของสายการบิน และการพลาดเที่ยวบินของผู้โดยสารจึงได้ดำเนินการแก้ปัญหาโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาสื่ออย่างสร้างสรรค์ด้วยการใช้สื่อInfographics และ Qr Code โดยรวบรวมปัญหาจากผู้ที่ใช้บริการนำมาใส่เป็นสื่อเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและเป็นประโยชน์ให้แก่ผู้โดยสารที่มาใช้บริการและสามารถพัฒนาองค์กรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้ข้อมูลในภายภาคหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี

Abstract

Thai Lion Mentari Co. Ltd is a Thai low cost airline. It is a joint venture between Thai Lion Air in Indonesia and a Thai businessman. Currently, Thai Lion Airlines is popular and serves multiple nationality passengers. Project developers had performed their duties by providing ground service to gather information and summarise the results of problems that passengers have encountered. At the result, they found that passengers do not perceive the airline rules which cause them to miss the plane. Subsequently, developers were aiming to solve the problem by improving communication tools with Infographics and QR Codes. This Media will collect data from service users in order to facilitate and benefit the passengers. In addition, it can develop the enterprise to enhance the efficiency of the informations in the future.
