บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ดูดีทัวร์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัททัวร์ที่ได้รับรองความเป็นมาตรฐานจากสมาคมไทยธุรกิจ การท่องเที่ยว(ATTA)และเป็นบริษัททัวร์ที่ได้รับความสนใจจากลูกค้าเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะ ในด้านการออกทัวร์ต่างจังหวัดและงานอีเว้นท์ต่างๆ ซึ่งหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่ของผู้จัดทำคือ จัดเอกสารในการท่องเที่ยว เตรียมเอกสารในการออกทัวร์ วางแผนประชาสัมพันธ์ท่องเที่ยว ติดต่อประสานงานที่พัก รถ และร้านอาหารและเนื่องจากสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดโควิด19 จึงทำให้ไม่ได้ออกภาคสนามกับมัคคุเทศก์ งานส่วนใหญ่จึงอยู่ในสำนักงาน

ผู้จัดทำสังเกตการใช้หมึกไวท์บอร์ดในการเขียนกระดานเวลาที่ทำงานอยู่ในสำนักงาน ทำให้เห็นว่า การใช้หมึกไวท์บอร์ดนั้น มีสารเคมีที่มีอันตรายเยอะมาก ปากกาเคมีทั่วไปอาจมีส่วนผสมของ เมทิลแอลกอฮอล์ ซึ่งมีกลิ่นเหม็น ทำให้มีเกิดอาการวิงเวียน เมื่อซึมเข้าสู่ผิวหนังจะเป็นอันตรายต่อผิวหนังและเมื่อสูดดมยังเป็นอันตรายต่อระบบหายใจ อีกทั้งยังมีราคาแพงและเมื่อเช็ดทำความสะอาดยังมีเศษผงเหลืออยู่ด้วย ผู้จัดทำจึงมีความคิดที่จะหาสีจากธรรมชาติที่เข้มข้นพอสำหรับการทำหมึกไวท์บอร์ดซึ่งสีที่คัดเลือกมาคือสีน้ำเงินจากดอกอัญชันและสีแดงจากดอกกระเจี๊ยบแดง เพื่อทดแทนสารเคมีที่มีอันตราย โครงงานเรื่อง หมึกปากกาไวท์บอร์ดจากธรรมชาติ จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการทำน้ำหมึกปากกาไวท์บอร์ดจากสีธรรมชาติ 2) เพื่อลดต้นทุนในการซื้อปากกาไวท์บอร์ดจากสีธรรมชาติให้แก่บริษัทดูดีทัวร์ 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการใช้ปากกาไวท์บอร์ดจากสีธรรมชาติ

จากนั้นได้ทำการสำรวจความพึงพอใจโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 15 คน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ปากกาไวท์บอร์ดจากธรรมชาติมากที่สุดในเรื่อง ความปลอดภัยในการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ และ ความพึงพอใจโดยรวมของปากกาไวท์บอร์ด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากันที่ 4.6  ซึ่งปากกาไวท์บอร์ดจากธรรมชาติ ที่นำามาใช้ช่วยลดต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อหมึกปากกาไวท์บอร์ดได้ 131 บาทต่อเดือน

Abstract

Doo Dee Tour Co., Ltd. is a tour agency that has been certified as a standard from the Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA) and is a tour agency that has received a lot of attention from customers, especially in the field of provincial tours and events. Most of the responsibilities of the committee Include: organizing travel documents, preparing documents for the tour planning, tourism publicity, liaising with accommodation, cars and restaurants. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic situation, it is not possible to go out in the field with a guide, most of the work is handled within the office.

The committee investigated the use of whiteboard ink to write on the board while working in the office, noticing that whiteboard ink contained many dangerous chemicals. Conventional chemical pens may contain methanol with a smelly odour, causing dizziness. Once absorbed into the skin, it is harmful to the skin and inhaled fumes are also harmful to the respiratory system. It’s also expensive and when wiping it clean, there was still some residue left. The committee therefore had the idea to find a natural color that was strong enough for whiteboard inks, the colors chosen were blue from butterfly pea and red from roselle, to replace the harmful chemicals. The Project: Natural Whiteboard Pen Ink is prepared for the following purposes: 1) To study the production of whiteboard pen ink from natural colors; 2) To reduce the cost of purchasing natural-colored whiteboard pens for Doo Dee Tour Agency; 3) To assess the efficiency of using natural-colored whiteboard pens.

A satisfaction survey was conducted for a sample group of 15 people. It was found that they were most satisfied with the use of natural whiteboard pens in the aspect of; product safety and overall satisfaction towards whiteboard pens with the same average of 4.6. The natural whiteboard pens used helped to reduce costs of purchasing whiteboard pen ink of 131 Baht per month.
