บทคัดย่อ

จากการที่ได้ไปปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ณ โรงแรมการ์เด้นท์ ซีวิว รีสอร์ท ทางคณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งนักศึกษาฝึกงานแผนกแม่บ้าน ซึ่งทำให้ได้เรียนรู้ถึงระบบการทำงานต่างๆ ภายในโรงแรม ทางคณะผู้จัดทำเล็งเห็นประโยชน์จากของเหลือใช้ที่ทางโรงแรมได้ทำการเปิดเตียง เรียงหมอน และวางขนม น้ำ พร้อมกับตกแต่งด้วยดอกกระดังงาสด หรือที่เรียกกันว่าการทำเทิร์นดาวน์ เซอร์วิส คณะผู้จัดทำได้เลือกนำดอกกระดังงาสดมาแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ “ก้านไม้-หอมปรับอากาศกลิ่นกระดังงา” ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ในให้การบริการแขก เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มความหลากหลายของกลิ่นหอมภายในห้องพัก และเป็นการช่วยสร้างเอกลักษณ์กลิ่นดอกไม้หอมให้แก่โรงแรม โดยโครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำวัตถุดิบที่เหลือใช้มาแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้เกิดประโยชน์ และเพื่อลดปริมาณขยะเหลือใช้ภายในบริเวณโรงแรม

ผลการวิจัยการตอบแบบสอบถาม ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นแขกที่เข้ามาใช้บริการภายในโรงแรม จำนวน 15 คน และพนักงานแผนกแม่บ้าน จำนวน 15 คน รวมทั้งหมดเป็น 30 คน พบว่ามีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมที่มีต่อโครงงานก้านไม้หอมปรับอากาศกลิ่นกระดังงาอยู่ในระดับมาก-ที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.62 จากผลรวมทั้งหมดและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายหมวดที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการใช้วัตถุดิบที่เหลือใช้แปรรูปใหม่ รองลงมาด้านขนาดของบรรจุภัณฑ์ ด้านความสามารถในการดับกลิ่น ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ใช้งานง่าย ด้านกลิ่นหอมจากธรรมชาติ และน้อยที่สุดคือผลิตภัณฑ์มีความสวยงาม

Abstract

From the cooperative education work at Garden Sea View Resort Pattaya Hotel, the organizers served and worked as a student intern for the housekeeper department. The organizers learned about various work systems within the hotel. The organizers saw the benefits from the remaining stuffs that the hotel had arranged for beds, pillows, and placing snacks and drinks along with decorated with fresh Ylang Ylang or also known as turn-down service. The organizers selected the fresh Ylang Ylang to be processed into products “Ylang Ylang Aroma Reed Diffuser”. It can be utilized to serve guests to add a variety of fragrance within the room. Moreover, it can create a unique aroma of fragrance for the hotel. The purpose of this project was to to transform the remaining raw materials into new products for the benefit and to reduce the amount of waste left in the area of the hotel.

The result of the responding of questionnaire, the sample group was 15 guests who use the service within the hotel, 15 employees in the housekeeping department, the total of 40 people, it was found that the level of overall satisfaction towards the project on the Ylang Ylang Aroma Reed Diffuser is at a high level – most or 4.62 percent from the total sum. If we consider in each aspect, the aspect with the highest mean is the use of the remaining raw materials to be processed into new things. The second aspects are packaging size, deodorization capability, easy-to-use products, and natural fragrance. Lastly, the aspect with the least mean is that the product is beautiful.
