บทคัดย่อ

กรมชลประทาน กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ มีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการดำเนินการจัดหา การจัดเก็บ การควบคุม การแจกจ่าย การระบายหรือการจัดสรรน้ำเพื่อการเกษตร การพลังงาน การสาธารณูปโภค หรือการอุตสาหกรรม ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการชลประทานและกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขณะที่คณะผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาที่กองการเงินและบัญชี  กรมชลประทาน สามเสน   คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายรับผิดชอบตรวจสอบเอกสารการ    ใช้จ่ายของโครงการต่างๆ ตามแผนปีงบประมาณ 2561 ของหน่วยเบิกจ่ายส่วนภูมิภาค กองทุนจัดรูปที่ดิน  โดยตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดของสรุปรายงานการรับเงิน-จ่ายเงินแต่ละโครงการ และบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายของโครงการในระบบบริหารการเงินการคลังภาครัฐแบบอิเลกทรอนิกส์ (GFMIS  Web  Online)

โครงนี้งานทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจ และทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต  และหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

The Royal Irrigation Department, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives,  is responsible for implementation of activities aimed at achieving, collecting, storing, controlling, distributing, draining, or allocating water for agricultural, energy, household consumption, or industrial purposes under irrigation laws and other related laws. While attending the internship under the cooperative program at the Finance and Accounting division, the Royal Irrigation Department Samsen, the team was assigned to be responsible for reviewing the receipts and personnel and operation payments summary report of various projects according to the plan fiscal year 2018 of the Regional Disbursement division of the Land Consolidation Fund, through reviewed all relevant documents of each project’s the receipt – payment summary reports and recorded project’s expenses on  GFMIS web online.

This project could increase knowledge and understanding, and performance skills,     as well as having confidence in future careers. The team also hoped that this project would be beneficial to interested parties.
