Abstract

The study is Borrowing Card for Document Loss Prevention. The objectives are 1) to reduce the time to finding the document 2) to note that who took the document and 3)to prevent the loss of documents. Antecedent is who took the document from the file, but not put them back. Then staff spend a lot of time to finding document The initiative of Borrowing Card Project in the Administration Department will trial it for 3 months. After the experiment, it showed that the document is not lost. Staff can reduce the time to find the document. It makes more time to work.

Abstract

The cooperative educationproject: recording information about raw materials inventory with the Express system. The objectives of this study were to: 1) study about using the Express system to record information about raw materials inventory; 2) see advantages of using the Express system for raw materials inventory.
Formerly, SL Family Co.,Ltd. recorded information about raw materials for production with the Stock Card system, but the problem was that there were some errors in recording and it was difficult to inspect raw materials inventory. Therefore, the Express system for recording information was brought to use instead. This Express system is a ready-made software for recording information in storing raw materials for production. The advantages of using the Express system are convenience and accuracy in recording income and expense of raw materials. It is also easy to inspect an amount of raw materials inventory. Beside, it can bring information about raw materials inventory to use easily.

Abstract

From the research is made with the objective studying about the factors for buying Nissan cars at Siam Nissan Rotdi Rama2 service center.
From the study, the overall 4 factors affect to buying Nissan cars at Siam Nissan Rotdi Rama2 service center was found to be in the much level (=4.40). When considering individual aspects, all 4 aspects were found to have decision in the much level. The aspect with the highest average value is the channel of the distribution (=4.51), second is on the marketing promotion (=4.38), on the price (=4.38), and on the product (=4.37) respectively.

Abstract

Kings Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a major importer of network devices of Thailand. It has opened a service center for giving advice, solving problems and focus on after-sales service regarding network of over 30 branches nationwide.
I worked in the Co-operative education in the position of Assistant General Administration Officer, stationed at Seacon Bangkae Branch Center. From working, I found that Seacon Bangkae Branch Center of King Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will receive goods from the warehouse to be sold to distributors and provide service for customers’ claims to a lot of customers. The primary problem that I found was that the center put a lot of products in front of the counters. It made the counters at the front of the center looked awkward and the front of the center had confined spaces to welcome customers who come to use the service of the center. Shelves at the back of the center had space for putting goods, but the center did not use space to be advantageous to the center. Another problem, goods in the center were placed not tidily.
Therefore, I was assigned to prepare the project “Applying of 5S principles to be used with King Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Seacon Bangkae Branch” to bring knowledge on 5 S Principles to apply in managing space inside the service center to look more tidy. The objective is to manage inventory and placing equipment and tools related to work area inside Seacon Bangkae Center to have tidiness, to have convenience in picking up goods and to manage the areas for benefit to work.
The result of introduction of 5S to use, makes the workplace to be more tidy, looked clean. Employees take goods easily and do not spend much time to search for goods when there is need. Another advantage, it provides convenience and speed to work and the work will be more effective and it also helps create a good image for the company when customers come to use service of the center.

The project “A manual for using program in recording the information of land juristic act (T.D.16) by the Revenue Department, Bangkok area 26 ” The objectives of this project are 1.) to make the manual for using program in recording the information of land juristic act (T.D.16) 2.) to use the manual for training new employees in order to use the program correctly.
The result of this project found that this manual is able to be used accurately for training. This manual helps the employees to get the knowledge of using the program. In addition, the level of overall employees’ satisfaction toward using the manual for using program in recording the information of land juristic act (T.D.16) is at a high level (X = 4.22) and the result of satisfaction in each espect can be put in order from high to low as the following : the satisfaction about content is in a highest level (X = 4.52) and the satisfaction about presentation is in a high level (X = 3.53)

Abstract

The research is made with the objective of 1. Knowing about the pattern of the People Bank Project operation 2. Knowing the level of the service user’s satisfaction of the People Bank Project of Government Savings Bank, Seacon Bangkae Branch.
From the study, the overall satisfaction for using the service of the Public Bank Project was found to be in the much level (x = 4.30). When considering individual aspects, all 9 aspects were found to have the satisfaction in the much level. The aspect with the highest average value is the image of the bank (x = 4.30), second is on the physical characteristics (x = 4.28), on the product and service (x= 4.23), on the employee who is the service provider (x = 4.14), on the service efficiency and quality (x 4.12), on the service providing process (x=4.06), on the place where the service is given (x = 3.80), on the price (x = 3.78) and on the marketing promotion (x= 3.58) respectively.

The result shown that The level of satisfaction on service of fiber 2 U of TOT Public Company Limited was high in overall (=4.19). When considering in each aspects found that the level of satisfaction in all aspects were high. The level of satisfaction in the aspects of marketing channel was the high (=4.30), the next down were the aspects of quality of product (=4.26), marketing promotion
(=4.11) and price of product (=4.06)

The researcher explained how to use Excel program to incorporate client records and various document in 4 easy steps, 1. Make table labels, 2. record the information by the labels such as; customer address under Address, 3. save the file under a folder in a computer directory, 4. record all purchasing order via the Excel files. Abstract

This project was created with the aim of collecting data of Building Department by using Microsoft Excel.
The project author started the project by reviewing data required to be recorded, and then designing a data entry form in accordance with characteristics and details of data by utilizing Microsoft Excel. After that, the project author entered all data into the developed form. Results of recording data into the data entry form made from Microsoft Excel were that Building Department data was more systematically organized, it was easy to store data, and it made possible to validate, edit and retrieve data quickly. Besides, it was not only convenient to keep data secured, thereby reducing data loss from damage of hard copies, but also able to add and modify data entry forms, as well as to add more fields in existing forms.

The objectives of this study are 1) Queuing for telephone contract cancellation become more convenience. 2) Telephone contract cancellation operating become faster. The problem was found at customer services department. There were no queue card for customers at rental cancellation counter so that jumping the queue problem and customer dissatisfaction had occurred.
We apply Kaizen principle and ECRS method by making queue card at rental cancellation counter and rental cancellation application form for customers to fill in. It is concludwd that customer servicing has become faster and queue waiting time is reduced.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) Recording information become more convenience and faster 2) Reducing time and process for asking document messengers code. 3) Reducing messenger’s jumping the queue problem. 4) Reducing work mistakes. The problem occured at operation in OP department which there were lots of documents but the messengers had limited time so that staff from OP department had to record documents information on their behalf.
We decided to use Kaizen principle and applied with ECRS method. After studying, it is Found that work process of document messengers become more systematically and reduce recording time for OP staff. Messengers have more time to call an appointment with customers and pick up documents. Furthermore, the unnecessary work time is reduced such as asking messenger code.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to investigate the documentation process and make document searching faster and more efficient. The results found that document searching is difficuit and there are document loss in high volume. The ECRS principle is applied for the documentation system improvement and to reduce the unnecessary working process. It is suggested that all invoices are converted into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reducing searching time from 20 minutes to 5 minutes.

Abstract

The report studies the satisfaction of Aomnoi driving instructor. The objective is to satisfaction factor to the decision on the driving instruction of Aomnoi Driving Center co., Ltd. and to find the satisfaction of driving license test at the company. The tool used in this research is a rating scale questionnaire. The target sample come from the 400 customers of the company. The statistics used in the research are the mean and percentage.
The result shows that from sex perspective and with 5 factors, male customers has more satisfaction over female customers at 4.49. the result also shows that from age rage perspective, the age range 40 and up is more satisfied than others age range at 4.33. from education perspective the bachelor’s degree is satisfied with the service more than other education level at 4.6. From occupation perspective the result indicates that government officer has higher satisfaction level than other occupation at 3.86.

Abstract

The author had assigned to account public relation department of Government saving bank: Bangkae branch. During the time, the author started an account opening manual project aiming to facilitate the account opening process to be easier and faster. The author then study on how to create a manual and create the account opening manual for Government Saving Bank: Bangkae Branch. The manual consists of 6 steps as the following. 1) The client has to read terms and condition of saving services of the bank by signing at the end of terms and condition section of document the is given space no.1. 2) client requested for KYC document and fill in all the client information i.e. name, surname, address, occupation, salary, and other personal information. 3) If requested for ATM card, client then need to pay 300 baht fee including signing at the end of terms and conditions. 4) Account opening request form, the client need to sign in the acknowledge at the end of the form. 5) At the end of bank account book the client need to sign in 2 of the blank spaces. 6) Deposit form, after bank clerk filled all client information, the client need to sign at the given blank space. From creating an account opening manual for government saving bank, resulting in the client understand all the process and make the process easier and faster to do so.

Abstract

This study investigates Factors affecting the customers’ behavior to choose the services of the Government Saving Bank. The study uses a Rating scale style questionnaire as a tool to collect all information from the selected sample of the customer which are 400 customers of Government Saving Bank: Seacon Bangkae Branch. The statistical instrument for analyzing the data are means and percentage.
The study shows that 256 of them are female (64%) 137 person are at the age of the 51 to 60
(34.25%) 155 person has income range of 30,001-45,000 baht (38.75%) 350 person use saving lottery (87.50%). The female group has high rating in overall saving lottery and has a mean of the following : Information : 3.70, Service Quality : 3.74, Services marketing : 3.73, and Optional services selection : 3.81, Overall in a good standard. The age of 51-60 group has high rating in overall saving lottery and has a mean of the following : Information : 3.80, Service Quality : 3.92, Services marketing : 3.85, and Optional services selection : 3.81, Overall in a good standard. The salary range of 30,001-45,000 group has high rating in overall saving lottery and has a mean of the following : Information : 4.04, Service Quality : 4.12, Services marketing : 3.89, and Optional services selection : 3.97, The result indicate that customers’ satisfaction is at the standard lavel.

Abstract

Sammitr Motors Manufacturing Public Co.,Ltd has an anti-smoking policy to build a healthier workspace for the company’s employee. This became the beginning for student to investigate this campaign as the cooperative project. The main objective of the study are : 1) To reducing the number of employee’s that smoke. 2) To inform Sammitr Motors Manufacturing Public Co.,Ltd’s employee about the damage that cigarette or smoking make to their bodies and environment. The author creates a public information board about the bad result from smoking and conduct a World No Tobacco Day’s activity which have many activities. The author also registered some of the smoking employees and follow up with all of them on the smoking information. The results found that the smoker understand the harms of smoking and 12 employees decided to quit smoking entirely.

Abstract

This study investigates the consumer satisfaction of saving lottery ticket purchase (BAAC) Phasi Charoen branch. The purpose of this study is to examine consumer satisfaction behavior of saving lottery ticket purchasers (BAAC) of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Phasi Charoen branch. It is classified by 3 factors are such as product, marketing and service. The sample is the depositors of saving lottery ticket of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Phasi Charoen branch 400 people. The tools used to collect data is the questionnaire survey and statistic used in data analysis are percentage and mean.
The results found consumer satisfaction of saving lottery ticket purchase (BAAC), Phasi Charoen branch come from factor of product that have high decision level the most at 4.40 average in the first range. Secondary is factor of marketing at 4.30 average and the last one is factor of service at 4.18 average.
Classified by sex, age and occupation, It is Suggested that different sex have the optional of saving deposit service of lottery ticket 4.30 in average non different. Different age has the optional of saving deposit service of lottery ticket 4.32 in average non different. Different occupation has the optional of saving deposit service of lottery ticket 4.33 in average non different. But different of education factor has the optional of saving deposit service of lottery ticket of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Phasi Charoen branch is 4.28 on average.
