Abstract
This project is a study of management system in computer engineering senior project course. Problems found in this course are 1) the problem affecting both students and advisors in keeping track of senior project progression may causes students to fail the class and 2) students cannot finish their project in time. Thus it should have a tool in follow up the progression of the senior project. This project is to develop a senior project management system. It is a web application that can be access from any place and any time. The web application can specify steps in doing the senior project in order to assist students in planning their work with project advisors and can define period of time in doing their works and percentage of achievement in each step. In case that students fall behind the schedule in each step, the system can send warning message via email and also via SMS to mobile phone. This causes the advisor to follow up the progression starting from the time after proposal exam until final exam.
