บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาและรวบรวมระเบียบปฏิบัติมาตรฐาน (SOP) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการระงับเหตุอัคคีภัยในห้องโดยสารและการจัดการแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมบนเครื่องบิน (2) พัฒนาสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบอินโฟกราฟิก (Infographic) ที่สรุปใจความสำคัญให้เข้าใจง่าย และ (3) เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสื่อสารข้อมูลเพื่อลดโอกาสผิดพลาดในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส เนื่องจากปัจจุบันข้อมูลมาตรฐานส่วนใหญ่มีรายละเอียดซับซ้อนและเป็นรูปแบบข้อความภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งเสี่ยงต่อการจดจำคลาดเคลื่อนในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน
กระบวนการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วยการรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงเทคนิคจากคู่มือ Inflight Manual และประกาศ (Memo) ล่าสุดของส่วนงานมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานบนเที่ยวบิน (Cabin Operation Standards) จากนั้นนำมาย่อยเนื้อหาให้เหลือใจความสำคัญ (Content Digest) และออกแบบผ่านโปรแกรม Canva โดยเน้นการใช้หลักสื่อสารด้วยภาพ (Visual-Based)ารใช้สัญลักษณ์ และการใช้รหัสสี (Color Code) ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลและวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินจำนวน 25 คน ผ่านแบบทดสอบออนไลน์ (Pre-test และ Post-test) รวมถึงแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ
ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่า สื่ออินโฟกราฟิกที่พัฒนาขึ้นช่วยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนทดสอบความรู้หลังรับชมสื่อ (Post-test) เฉลี่ยสูงถึง 5.2 จาก 6 คะแนน (คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.67) โดยข้อคำถามที่พนักงานมีความเข้าใจสูงสุดคือขั้นตอนสิ่งแรกที่ต้องดำเนินการเมื่อพาวเวอร์แบงค์เกิดไฟไหม้ (ร้อยละ 100) ส่วนประเด็นที่ยังพบความสับสนและควรเน้นย้ำเพิ่มเติมคือบทบาทหน้าที่ของผู้รับผิดชอบในการตัดไฟและใช้ถังดับเพลิงในสถานการณ์ดับไฟ (ตอบถูกร้อยละ 52.0) ด้านการประเมินประสิทธิภาพชิ้นงานพบว่า สื่อมีความชัดเจน กระชับ และสะดวกต่อการเข้าถึงผ่านอุปกรณ์พกพา (iPad) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่ออินโฟกราฟิกในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ “มากที่สุด” โครงงานนี้จึงสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ประโยชน์เป็นสื่อสนับสนุนการทบทวนความรู้และยกระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract
The objectives of this co-operative education project were to: (1) study and compile the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for in-flight fire suppression and lithium battery management, (2) develop an easy-to-understand infographic summarizing key procedures, and (3) enhance internal communication effectiveness to minimize operational errors among Bangkok Airways cabin crew. Currently, most safety standards are stored in lengthy, text-based English documents, creating a risk of misremembering during high-pressure emergency situations.
The methodology involved gathering and analyzing technical content from the latest Inflight Manual and Memos provided by the Cabin Operation Standards Department. The content was then simplified into essential key messages and designed using Canva strictly utilizing visual-based The project success and knowledge retention were measured using online Pre-tests and Post-tests, alongside a satisfaction questionnaire, administered to a sample group of 25 cabin crew members.
The results indicated that the developed infographic media was highly effective, with the sample group achieving a high post-test average score of 5.2 out of 6 points (86.67%). The participants achieved the maximum score (100%) on the procedure for the immediate notification step when a power bank catches fire. However, some confusion remained regarding the specific role responsible for isolating power and executing fire suppression (52.0% correct answers), suggesting an area for future media refinement. In terms of work effectiveness evaluation, the media proved to be clear, concise, and highly convenient for access via cabin crew iPads. Overall, the target group expressed the highest level of satisfaction toward the media. This project successfully delivers a practical tool for refresher training and significantly elevates international aviation safety standards within the organization.
