Abstract
V sign import – export Co.,Ltd. is an agent that provides customs formalities to importers and exporters. The company must be knowledgeable and truly understands the customs formalities and rules and regulations concerned, as well as import and export tax rates and Customs Act. The company also must be trained and tested by the Customs Department, which will indicate and authorize whether an agent is licensed as an authorized agent or only a shipping company. The company helps reducing problems and difficulties caused by lacking of customs formalities knowledge. Also, working closely with the Customs Department, the company helps promoting international trading and developing internal industrial. Effective cooperation between the Customs Department and the company, as well as good support to each other, create credibility, trustful and standardized services to the clients.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to enhance the operational efficiency of the dangerous goods warehouse. Due to, formerly, the segregation and stowage were handled by staffs manually. Their working process are based on the checkbook and many reference books which are the paper document, so they need time to work on before making the decision to segregate and stow these goods. Moreover, it caused the difficulty in working process and delay in searching and managing for dangerous goods delivery. These also may cause a lot of goods damage and loss. Thus the Dangerous Goods Segregation and Stowage program was developed to reduce the wasting time in the segregation and stowage process and enhance the delivery efficiency. This Dangerous Goods Segregation and Stowage program was developed by using Microsoft Access link with the Microsoft Excel database file. Without using this program there were totally 11 operating procedures and consume 68.05 minutes to finish all procedures. After using the program to help their work at Bangkok Port, there were only 8 operating procedures left and consumed 25.28 minutes to finish all steps. Therefore, the operational efficiency was increased and useless work was reduced. This saves 42.77 minutes or 62.85%
