Abstract
Kratos Tracking is the company that supply Graphical Positioning System (GPS) vehicle tracking system. The system is able to locate current position of a vehicle and tracking the history of the vehicle’s route. For the reason that the GPS hardware is often needed to be maintained in order to prevent any problem and maintaining the efficiency if the system responding to the customer need. There are some reasons to implement the maintenance system by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for programming and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 for the Maintenance Management System of Kratos Tracking Co.,Ltd.
According to the software development for the maintenance system allow the internal staff to check the vehicle information and also the customer is able to record maintenance information throughout printing the maintenance report. The system is capable to notify the customer when reaching due of maintenance date.
