Abstract

The resulting internship report describes the experiences and consequences of an internship lasting four months with Primes Automotive, a luxury automobile rental firm headquartered in
Bangkok. The internship’s major goal was to provide practical experience in sales and marketing within the car rental business. The intern collaborated closely with the marketing team, assisting with project development, customer relationship management (CRM), or client engagement initiatives. Main responsibilities included keeping a digital traffic log, gathering CRM feedback, connecting with customers via online platforms, and assisting with purchases completion. The intern also helped build voucher add-ons, privilege promotions, and collaboration proposals. A brief qualitative research study was carried out to look into the market’s channel expansion limits. Data was collected through unstructured discussions with firm employees, and the results revealed critical challenges such as limited resources and growth difficulties. Recommendations for addressing these difficulties included digital cooperation tactics and focused growth efforts. Throughout the internship, the intern learnt a variety of professional skills, including negotiating, communication, flexibility, performing multiple tasks, and the use of Excel and LINE Official Accounts. experience provided a better understanding of CRM technologies and campaign execution in a real-world scenario.

Maintaining self-motivation and transitioning to a high-responsibility atmosphere were difficult, but positives were supporting strategic planning and personally engaging with clients.
