บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เอส พี การไฟฟ้าอิมปอร์ต จํากัด เป็นผู้นำธุรกิจตัวแทนจำหน่ายนำเข้าอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า ให้กับห้างร้าน องค์กร ต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐ และเอกชน โดยบริษัทมีการบริหารจัดการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลการลางานของพนักงานโดยกรอกมีการกรอกข้อมูลของพนักงานลงในแบบฟอร์มที่เป็นเอกสาร แล้วส่งให้แผนกทรัพยากรบุคคลเพื่อที่จะเซ็นอนุมัติการลา จัดเก็บเอกสารข้อมูลในรูปแบบของใบลา ในการดูประวัติการลางานยังคงต้องค้นหาจากเอกสารที่บันทึกการลางานของพนักงาน อีกทั้งพนักงานไม่สามารถดูประวัติการลางานและวันที่เหลือได้ด้วยตนเอง ทำให้เสียเวลาและเกิดความผิดพลาด ระบบลางานออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เอส พี การไฟฟ้าอิมปอร์ต จํากัด ได้มีการพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว มีการพัฒนาด้วยภาษาพีเอชพี และมีการจัดการข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมมายเอสคิวแอล และพัฒนาในรูปแบบของเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน พนักงานสามารถบันทึก หรือกรอกข้อมูลการลาได้ด้วยตนเอง ฝ่ายบุคคลสามารถเข้ามาอนุมัติวันลาได้ผ่านทางระบบ พนักงานสามารถดูประวัติการลางานของตนเองได้เพื่อให้ทราบถึงจำนวนวันที่ลา และจำนวนวันคงเหลือ ซึ่งทำให้เกิดความสะดวก และมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานมากขึ้น

Abstract
S.P electronics import company is the leader of business doing sales and import electronics tools for government and private company. The company has the management system for the information of days off of the employees in document forms, and sends it to the department of human resources to sign for agreement, then the department will collect the information in form of leave. To know the history of days off, they still need to search from the documents that contain the information about the employees. Furthermore, employees cannot take a look at the history and how many day left by themselves. This trouble causes a waste of time and many mistakes. From the case study of S.P electronics import company, the days off online system was developed by PHP language to solve this problem and manage the information by using My SQL program. The auther also developed the website and application so that the employees can record and fill in the information by themselves so the HR department can sign for agreement in an online system. The employees can check the information by themselves, they will know their history and how many days that they have left. This system will make it more convenient and create an efficient working environment.
