บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท สำนักงานบัญชีและกฎหมายเพื่อน จำกัด มุ่งเน้นการบริการที่มีคุณภาพให้แก่ธุรกิจในหลากหลายประเภทธุรกิจโดยให้บริการด้านบัญชี และภาษีอากรครบวงจร ทั้งบริการจัดทำบัญชี, จดทะเบียนธุรกิจ, ตรวจสอบบัญชี, ที่ปรึกษาบัญชี และภาษีอากร, บริการงานด้านประกันสังคมโดยทีมงานที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญ ในขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่ บริษัท สำนักงานบัญชีและกฎหมายเพื่อน จำกัด ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องและปฏิบัติงานโดยการบันทึกรายการทางบัญชีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express Accounting การบันทึกข้อมูลใบสำคัญรับ-ใบสำคัญจ่าย บันทึกข้อมูลภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย รับชำระหนี้ ใบแจ้งหนี้ จ่ายชำระหนี้ และกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารประจำเดือน
ผู้จัดทำเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการจัดทำภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เพื่อใช้ในการยื่นแบบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม(ภ.พ.30) จึงเกิดความสนใจ และจัดทำโครงงานนี้ขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายถึงวิธีการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express Accounting ในการบันทึกข้อมูลภาษีซื้อและภาษีขายเพื่อนำไปสู่วิธีการจัดทำภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มต่อไป และเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่บุคคลที่กำลังศึกษา มีความสนใจเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลการจัดทำภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป

Abstract
Friends Accounting and Law Office Company Limited focuses on delivering superior accounting services to a variety of enterprises. Accounting services, business registration, auditing, accounting, and tax advisory, and social security services are all provided by a team of experts. While working on the cooperative education project at the Friends of Accounting and Law Office Co., Ltd., the organizer was assigned to study essential accounting papers and complete obligations by documenting accounting transactions with the Express Accounting software program. Receipts for payment are necessary to input tax-sales tax information, collect a payment, invoice, settle debt, and reconcile monthly bank transactions.
The student understands the significance of VAT planning and there is a lot of interest in the project’s preparation. Its goal is to demonstrate how to utilize Express Accounting software to record input tax and sales tax data to prepare VAT returns for the benefit of people who are learning VAT preparation and are interested in ready-made accounting software.
