บทคัดย่อ

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะนำเสนอการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการบริหารสินค้าโดยใช้เทคนิคการทำเหมืองกระบวนการ โดยวิเคราะห์จากบันทึกเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในระบบสารสนเทศของบริษัทเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง เพื่อทราบถึงระยะเวลาและกระบวนการที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในการบริหารสินค้าและการทำงานของแต่ละหน่วยงาน รวมถึงขั้นตอนการทำงานตลอดจนนำไปสู่การวิเคราะห์กระบวนการที่ล่าช้าและตรวจสอบความบกพร่องในการทำงาน โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ คือ 1. การศึกษาข้อมูล การเตรียมข้อมูล และนำเข้าข้อมูล 2. การวิเคราะห์โดย Disco 3. การวิเคราะห์ด้วย Rapid Miner  4.การวิเคราะห์ด้วย Celonis

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าข้อมูลที่นำมาศึกษาเป็นชุดข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการการจัดการสินค้าในชุดข้อมูลมีกิจกรรมทั้งหมด 19 กิจกรรมใช้เวลาเฉลี่ย 15.8 สัปดาห์และบางกิจกรรมไม่มีกระบวนการต่อเนื่องกันอีกทั้งยังไม่มีความชัดเจนในกิจกรรมที่มีความต่อเนื่องในกระบวนการ ผู้วิจัยได้พบกับความผิดพลาดของขั้นตอนในกระบวนการและปริมาณงานแต่ละหน่วยงานที่มีไม่เท่ากัน จากการค้นหากระแสการไหลของกระบวนการพบว่าการรับเข้าสินค้าไปจนถึงการขายมีอยู่หลายเส้นทางได้แก่ เส้นทางที่ 3 = A->E มี 2 กิจกรรม 3,864 กรณี ใช้ระยะเวลารวม 9.2 วัน  เทียบกับเส้นทางที่ 2 = A->B->C->E มี 5 กิจกรรม 389 กรณี ใช้ระยะเวลารวม 85.6 วัน เห็นได้ว่าใช้เวลามากกว่าเส้นทางที่2 เท่ากับ 77.47% จากเส้นทางทั้งหมดและวิเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับปริมาณงานแผนกไหนที่มีงานมากน้อยเท่าไหร่และทำกระบวนการใดบาง

ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จะทำให้เห็นแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ ลดขั้นตอนการทำงานให้น้อยลง และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการบริหารสินค้าให้มีความเหมาะสมกับการทำงานในปัจจุบันและในอนาคต

Abstract

This thesis aims to present the optimization of product management processes using process mining techniques. Analyzing the record of actual event logs in a private company’s information system can show the timing and process of managing the product and workflow of each department, operational procedures, as well as analysis of delayed processes or detection of defects in work. The procedure consisted the following: 1) Data analysis, preparation, and import; 2) Analysis by Disco; 3) Analysis by Rapid Miner; 4) Analysis by Celonis, The findings indicated that the data set used to study the product’s working process had a total of 19 activities, took an average of 15.8 weeks, and found that some activities do not have continuous work processes. There was no clear continuity in the work process and the researcher found a mistake in the steps in the work process, the workload of each department was not the same. By searching for the flow of the process, it was found that the incoming goods in the warehouse until the sale, had several route: Route 3 = A->E with two activities, 3,864 cases, using a total duration of 9.2 days, compared to Route 2 = A-. >B->C->E. There were five activities and 389 cases, using a total duration of 85.6 days. It took 77.47% more time than the other routes to do some processing. This research revealed ways to solve problems and improve and reduce workflows, and increase the efficiency of the product management process to be suitable for work now and in the future
