ระบบทะเบียนเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์ภาควิชาวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน

บทคัดย่อ

ภาควิชาวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล เป็นหน่วยงานด้านการศึกษา การบริการ และการวิจัยทางวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกัน ปัจจุบันมีการจัดซื้อเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์และวิจัยจำนวนมากเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน อย่างไรก็ตาม ระบบบันทึกข้อมูลอุปกรณ์เดิมยังมีข้อผิดพลาดและขาดฟังก์ชันสำคัญในการจัดการข้อมูล จากปัญหาดังกล่าวคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้ปรับปรุงระบบและแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของระบบเดิม พร้อมเพิ่มฟังก์ชัน ได้แก่ ระบบบันทึกและติดตามการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ (Maintenance Module) และฟังก์ชัน Export PDF สำหรับออกรายงานอุปกรณ์และประวัติการบำรุงรักษาได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังปรับปรุงส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ (UI/ UX) ให้เป็นแบบ Responsive โดยใช้เครื่องมือ Visual Studio Code สำหรับการเขียนโค้ด ด้วยภาษา PHP จัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL และใช้ XAMPP สำหรับจำลองเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทดสอบ สำหรับออกแบบส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้โดยใช้ CSS และ mPDF สำหรับสร้างรายงานในรูปแบบ PDF ระบบสามารถจัดเก็บและเรียกดูข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ออกรายงานได้ ลดข้อผิดพลาด และเพิ่มความสะดวกและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของผู้ใช้

Abstract

The Department of Immunology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, focuses on education, services, and research in immunology. The department has procured numerous medical and research instruments to support its operations. However, the existing equipment record system contained errors and lacked essential data management functions. To address these issues, the system was enhanced by fixing defects and adding new features, including a Maintenance Module for tracking equipment maintenance and an Export PDF function for generating reports conveniently. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code with PHP as the server-side language, MySQL for database management, XAMPP for server simulation, CSS for interface design, and mPDF for PDF report generation. The improved system enables users to manage equipment records systematically, generate reports efficiently, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
