บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท แม็กนั่ม ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ทำเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจรับเหมางานระบบต่างๆ เช่น ระบบสุขาภิบาล ระบบดับเพลิงและป้องกันอัคคีภัย ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบสื่อสาร และระบบปรับอากาศ ซึ่งเล็งเห็นว่าการก่อสร้างตามแบบโครงการคอนโดมิเนียม มีรายละเอียดที่ต้องอาศัยความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญและองค์ประกอบหลักหลายๆอย่าง หลังจากที่ผู้จัดทำโครงงานได้มีการศึกษาการถอดแบบระบบสุขาภิบาล ได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงานประกอบไปด้วย การถอดแบบระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้น้ำภายในอาคาร ตั้งแต่ระบบน้ำประปาเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภค การระบายน้ำเสียที่ใช้แล้วมีการจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ ไปจนถึงการนำข้อมูลที่ถอดได้จากแบบมากรอกใส่ในใบแสดงรายการวัสดุงานของห้องพักทั้งหมด
ผลจากการถอดแบบระบบสุขาภิบาลในห้องพักตัวอย่าง ทั้งงานระบบท่อน้ำดี ท่อน้ำโสโครก ท่อระบายน้ำทิ้ง ท่อระบายอากาศ และท่อระบายน้ำฝน ในห้อง Type A1-20 และ Type C1-4,C1-5 เพื่อจะได้ทราบปริมาณวัสดุที่ต้องใช้ทำงานจริงเพื่อวางแผนการจัดซื้อและควบคุมต้นทุน ให้ตรงตามแบบทั้งนี้ผู้จัดทำโครงงานจึงจัดทำเป็นคู่มือการถอดแบบเพื่อศึกษากระบวนการทำงานต่อไป

Abstract
Magnum Systems Co., Ltd. is a contracting company specializing in various systems such as sanitary systems, fire suppression and fire protection systems, electrical systems, communication systems, and air conditioning systems. Recognizing the detailed requirements for condominium construction projects, which demand expertise and several key components, the company undertook a study of sanitary system design. This included understanding the process of detailing water-related systems within the building, from the water supply for consumption and wastewater management to the inputting of material lists into the building’s inventory lists.
The results of the sanitary system dismantling in the sample rooms, including the water supply pipes, sewage pipes, wastewater pipes, ventilation pipes, and rainwater drainage pipes in Type A1-20 and Type C1-4, C1-5 rooms, were used to determine the actual quantity of materials required for procurement planning and cost control, ensuring compliance with the design specifications. Therefore, the project team has compiled a dismantling guide for future study of the work process.
