Abstract
This cooperative education report presents the outcomes and experiences of a four and a half month marketing Internship at The Beaumont Partnership, conducted from January 29 to June 15 2026. The primary objective of this internship was to support the organization’s social enterprise initiatives, specifically focusing on the Kid D’ Art Lodge and the Ruam Pattana School under the guidance of Khun Thalia Beaumont. The internship was structured around three core pillars: financial forecasting, digital content creation, and high-stakes event Management. Key Activities included the development of a strategic revenue for the Kid D’ Art Lodge, which required shifting from creative marketing concepts to data-driven financial planning. Additionally, the author was responsible for visual storytelling and social media marketing strategies for the Foundation’s organic farm products, such as vegetables and goat cheese. A significant portion of the learning process occurred during the 14th Annual Charity Golf Day and Lighthouse event. These experiences provided critical insights into professional hospitality and crisis management, particularly during high-pressure live auctions and raffle ticket sales. The report details the challenges of multitasking in a chaotic event environment and the importance of situational awareness when tracking auction winners and managing guest expectations. Furthermore, field visits to Chaiyaphum and Practika provided different perspectives on “Active Marketing”. The Chaiyaphum trip allowed for deep product research and the gathering of authentic content for the social enterprises, while The Practika visit demonstrated how brand transparency and professional hospitality are used to build customer trust. The results of this internship demonstrate that successful marketing in a social enterprise is built on the pillars of organization, numerical accuracy, timing, and professional etiquette. The experience successfully bridged the gap between academic theory at Siam University and the practical demands of the international business world.
