บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยคร้ังนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่ควรจะเป็น และ สังเคราะห์รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามสอบถามข้อมูลจากผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนจำนวน 15 คนและครู จำนวน 150 คน นำมา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำรูปแบบที่ได้ไปประเมินโดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้วยวิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่ ควรจะเป็น เป็นรู ปแบบทางการ ส่วนรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา พบว่า เป็นรูปแบบ การบริหารในลักษณะการผสมผสานระหว่างรูปแบบเป็นทางการและรูปแบบเพื่อนร่วมงาน โดย พบว่าองค์ประกอบ ด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมงานด้านวิชาการ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล เป็นรูปแบบเป็นทางการ เพราะต้องเป็นไปตามกฏระเบียบของมหาเถร สมาคม ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการจัดสื่อการเรียนรู้ เป็นรูปแบบ เพื่อนร่วมงาน เนื่องเพราะในการบริหารนั้นจะต้องมีการขอความร่วมมือจากบุคคลและหน่วยงาน ภายนอก

ผลการประเมินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการบริ หารงานวิชาการโรงเรี ยนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ปรากฏว่ามีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the current models of the academic administration of the Buddhist Scripture School (General Education) and to synthesize for the possible model (s) for the academic administration of the Buddhist Scripture School (General Education). Data,which were collected from 15 school directors and 150 teachers through questionnaire , then they were analyzed by using arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The model was validated by experts through focus group technique.

The research findings showed that both the current and the possible models of the academic administration of the Buddhist Scripture School (General Education) were the formal model while the proposed model was the mixed model between the formal and the collegial models. Data showed that the academic planning component, the academic development promotion component, and measurement and evaluation component were formal model corresponded to the rule of the Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand. The curriculum administration component, the instructional management component, and the instructional medias and resources management component were the collegial model due to the fact they had to work cooperately with other people and organizations.

The model was validated by experts through focus group technique for the appropriateness and the possibility.
