Abstract

This study investigates Factors affecting the customers’ behavior to choose the services of the Government  Saving  Bank.  The  study  uses  a  Rating  scale  style  questionnaire  as  a  tool  to  collect  all information  from  the  selected  sample  of  the  customer  which  are  400  customers  of  Government  Saving Bank:  Seacon  Bangkae  Branch.  The  statistical  instrument  for  analyzing  the  data  are  means  and percentage.

The study shows that 256 of them are female (64%) 137 person are at the age of the 51 to 60

(34.25%)  155  person  has  income  range  of  30,001-45,000  baht  (38.75%)  350  person  use  saving  lottery (87.50%).  The  female  group  has  high  rating  in  overall  saving  lottery  and  has  a  mean  of  the  following  : Information  :  3.70,  Service  Quality  :  3.74,  Services  marketing  :  3.73,  and  Optional  services  selection  : 3.81, Overall in a good standard. The age of 51-60 group has high rating in overall saving lottery and has a  mean  of  the  following  :  Information  :  3.80,  Service  Quality  :  3.92,  Services  marketing  :  3.85,  and Optional  services  selection  :  3.81,  Overall  in  a  good  standard.  The  salary  range  of  30,001-45,000  group has  high  rating  in  overall  saving  lottery  and  has  a  mean  of  the  following  :  Information  :  4.04,  Service Quality : 4.12,  Services marketing :  3.89, and  Optional services selection  : 3.97, The  result indicate  that customers’ satisfaction is at the standard lavel.
